Place was great for our family. Great space, great amenities, responsive host, overall perfect place to get away from everything.

Overall a decent stay and property. The property could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance. For example - the pool is generally nice but very warm water, the provided shampoo/bodywash clearly was old/crusty, and shower curtains were dirty. The house also clearly used to be a commercial property of some sort, as there were industrial fire alarms on the wall and exit signs throughout the house.

This property located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. It’s great for a large group of families and friends. Ms. Kathy(host) is super nice and friendly and will do anything to accommodate your request. 10- STARS for the service! Will definitely be back!

Great for large group. We used 5 of the bedrooms, each with separate bath.

This place was great for us. Very spacious, clean and a beautiful pool and surrounding area. The owner was pleasant and friendly.

Very nice property. Most Bedrooms with own bathroom. Large open area. Pool area was great. Close to many conveniences. Had some Tv and remote issues. Two large dinner tables was great. Grill was not great. A little more seating in living room area would be a nice upgrade. Some decorative touches would also compliment the very nice property. Would recommend for large family

This property was more than adequate to accommodate our large group. Loved the layout of the house. Host was very responsive and provided us excellent recommendations. Backyard and pool is where we spent most of our time and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

The layout of the property is adequate. However, there is a lack of routine maintenance to the property. Mildew privacey fences, dirty patio, broken gutters, doors that don't completely close, rusty metal seams inside, the pool had a greenish tint, etc. The landscaping/grass was in bad shape but I have to give the property a break due to the Hurricane a week earlier. While we were told the property had a pest control and housekeeping plan, neither was evident during our stay. We had several bugs and roaches during our stay and several parts of the house( shower, baseboards, entrance) looked dirty. This property could be a great place if it gets a little TLC, but until that happens it's not worth the $$$.

Dear Kathy/Peter, This is very sensitive and I tried to contact you but got no response. My stay was fine as being with family is always fun. That being said, I'm not sure how often you get by your property but it really, really needs work, mostly the cleanliness, or lack there of. Your pictures are deceiving. The first impression was suspect as the blinds in the front window were broken. The sofa was very different not bright and fresh looking, but, it was in fact broken down and uncomfortable to sit on with only one other chair in the house, more of the blinds were broken, at least one light bulb in each ceiling fan was burned out, one of the closet doors was broken, and no place to put our luggage besides on the bed or the floor, which is an invitation for bugs, a luggage rack or a chair would have been very welcome, your property has so much potential, but it's horribly dirty. Two of the guest had to go to the ER because of bites. I stripped my bed only to see that the pillow that I'd been sleeping on was blood stained. Again, family time was great but for me being the host I felt so very embarrassed to have them stay in this property. Your place was definitely not worth the price you are charging. Because of the things mentioned and some not mentioned, I'm asking for a refund of no less than the cleaning fee. I don't mean you harm or shame but it was really bad. Thank you for allowing us to use your place but as it is right now I would never refer it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed. Plenty of space and beautiful outdoor space. My team enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great home!

This house was perfect as we had family members all staying at house for a Tampa event. Everyone had their own room and majority had own bathroom! Great kitchen and dining meet up area that is made for large groups. Pool and backyard is fantastic and pool is very well maintained. Was able to get laps in several times. Highly recommend for large groups. Quiet area but still close to all the grocery stores, etc.
