All appliances worked well. Beds were comfortable. Pool was large and water was warm. From the front door to the Gulf is exactly 1 mile, loved walking to the beach each morning.

It was a short walk to Tigertail Beach, and a reasonable drive to Naples. The rental company was very responsive when we reached out to them about issues (there was a power outage on our first night). Would definitely stay at this property again!

Bit of a hike all the way to the beach but we were prepared for that. Could have been a touch cleaner and needs new mattresses, but overall very fun experience.

Perfect for small family. Was walking distance to best beach on island. Small amenities like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent laundry detergent, trash bags and hand soap would have made it better. Mattresses are probably 20-30 years old so property owner should replace. Property manager was excellent and had pool heat issue resolved quickly. This place could be a 5 with minor updates. Air conditioner vents rattled in bedroom 2 and 3. We rent two times a year here and would not choose this property again due to updates needed. However it was a fun vacation and location was great.

The smallest house in a great neighborhood but within walking distancesdistance to the beach. The pool temp was fine, furnishing all worked and the showers had great pressure and hot water. We utilized the garage and the remote opener to keep our car out of the sun. The laundry room was key, we traveled from New England and packed light. The kitchen has basics which allowed us to cook and make toast and coffee. For the few minor problems we found Marco Island Vacation Properties to be amazingly attentive and responsive. Their iPhone app reminded us about trash day and gave other important info. For the price, this house was just fine. Very private and quiet. Minutes away from Rose Marina, Publix and many restaurants. My rating is mostly based on location and value. Comfort and cleanliness would receive 2 stars. Better linens pool maintenance are needed. House was perfect amount of space for five people and lovely being on a canal. We were able to walk to the beach for a sun set most nights. There was even a burrowing owl on the property.
