Very comfortable accommodations for the family. Pool and hot tub were great and very relaxing.

The house is full equipped with towels, beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the beach. Kitchen is full equipped and there’s many open spaces for everyone to feel comfortable. We were 9 and we all enjoy spending time in the different spaces. Management communication is amazing! They are on top of everything and ready to answer all questions and concerns. Also the pool and view is great, temperature of the water and jacuzzi was perfect, as well as the peace of the deck was a plus for evening nights. Hopefully we can come back soon!

House had numerous electrical issues. Upstairs suite had no power working. Kitchen lights would pulsate like they were surging. Wifi was in and out constantly so we could not get any work done and tv was wifi based so it too was in and out. Home was advertised with heated pool and hot tube which neither were working. Manager called pool tech who never showed up. Called second one and heater could not be fixed and it had not been working for some time. We complained and were able to move to a different location. The second home we were placed into was a dump. Pool heater was working but outside of that it was a home we would have never considered. Vacation are too short as they are and have to go through all of this made for a very bad experience and a stressed out time that should have been spent relaxing. We are still trying to receive compensation from manager for what we went through and false advertising of amenities that the home provided.

House is nice and pet friendly which is ideal for those families needing that. House has wear and tear and needs maintenance. A bathtub drain has been clogged for two years and bathroom sinks clogged at first use. Dishwasher started an electrical fire when there but they did replace within 24 hours. The rest of the notes are around it needing to maintained. (Holes is the screen around the pool, both garage door openers don’t work, laundry doors need to be switched, etc.) With all of that said it is a nice location. Great place to rent a boat and take out to the water. Nice neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Ideal for walking a dog.

We had an issue with the tv's and the management team sent someone out the next morning and fixed the problems. There are ample pool toys for the kids and beach equipment (coolers/chairs etc.) We would definitely stay again.

The air conditioner was not working upon arrival, we called the management company and within the hour it was fixed. We did have to purchase an umbrella and some chairs for the beach (which we left in the rental) because items were broken. There were five guests and we did most of our cooking at home. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and utensils for cooking. Very close to a Publix for those quick trip needs!
