The house was beautifully decorated! My favorite part of the house was the open view from the kitchen to the pool. Many details for guests with children such as games and kid plates and cups . I would definitely rent this house again

Nice house: kitchen stocked adequately,; great indoor and outdoor entertainment systems. Everything was very nice. Truly enjoyed your home, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. My grand daughter enjoyed the pool.No extra toilet paper; batteries in the remote did not work; no remotes for garage; pool lights not working: jacuzzi had to be monitored by owner.Overall we had a very positive experience and would stay here again.Thanks again!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay so much, we were trying to stay an extra day or two longer! Michelle was very attentive, kind and helpful! The house for our family was a true home away from home. It was clean, very accommodating, very quiet, pool area was AWESOME and thoroughly enjoyed by our entire family! Will definitely be back!

We spent about five weeks in the home. House was a good size for two couples. Had most of what was needed for the five weeks. We did appreciate the owner reaching out to us and helping resolve an operational issue we were having. We enjoyed the outside pool area. House does sit in the corner of a main roadway. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and we felt the neighborhood was safe. Construction of home next door created early morning noise. This is not the fault of the home owner and should be resolved once the home is complete.

This home was exactly what we needed! It was gorgeous, clean, beds were amazing, spa was amazing, views were amazing, everything was just wonderful. If we are ever in Havasu again, I would love to stay here!

We loved this house- very comfortable and clean. Met Michelle- mgr - she was very nice. Awesome sunsets every night!Quiet at night. Not too far from London Bridge and waterside walks!Hope to come back!!

This property far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful home & great location! Everything you need for your stay. Beds were soo comfortable! Pool & Heated Jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the night. If we ever find ourself in Havasu again we will definitly be booking here.

We stayed for a long weekend and wished it was longer so that we could have enjoyed the gorgeous ba kyard patio and outdoor kitchen area. The house was clean, well equipped and we parked our boat in the garage. We will definitely stay again!

Property was clean and exactly as presented. We are a family of five and the bedrooms accommodated us perfectly.

The property was exactly how we hoped it would be. Big open area for meal prep and chatting with those not outside or under the well appointed patio that has a pair of swamp coolers to offset the summer heat. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi which was treated more like a second pool. Manager was easy to get a hold of but after checking in, wasn't needed at all. Would definitely stay here again. Kids agreed it was their favorite property as well.
