Pet Friendly ~ Two Golf Carts ~ Golf Course

Perfect location for family vacation. Having the golf carts to access the beach and restaurants was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing in the ponds. Will definitely be back.

First off the furniture was filthy and floors were sandy but that’s just the beginning. Our golf cart broke down with my wife and mother three times and barely made it back in the drive. One tire was touching the pine straw by maybe 3 inches but if you look at the pictures the pine straw is actually over lapping on to the driveway. I received a text that I got a ticket for the cart being parked in the landscaping. At that point we got on the cart and decided to go to town on it. We made it a mile and it broke down again. After an hour of waiting and we also walked back to get the second cart, someone finally showed up to tow us back and found that the battery gauge was not working properly because it still showed 100% and the breaker was tripped so the cart wasn’t actually charging. Even after all that and Vacation Haven admitting there was a problem, all I got was” we apologize for the inconvenience but we shouldn’t have parked on the pine straw.” I asked them how exactly I was suppose to move a cart that didn’t work and got no response. Needless to say we will not be staying with Vacation Haven again. Got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Was a major reason why we rented that particular house because it had 2 6 seat carts and flew in thinking we wouldn’t need any other transportation. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we have stayed in 1923.Excellent location being on the 4th green of Baytown and directly across the street from the pool. The golf carts were upgraded from our last stay to two 6 passenger carts. They have also added a TV to the Master bath. The chairs and sofa in the family room were comfortable. The beds in each room were very comfortable. The kitchen essentials included any item necessary for our stay. We had friendly neighbors on both sides of us who we shared food, drink, music and conversation with. Baytown Wharf was a 3 minute cart ride. We strongly recommend Villa Lago and Unit 1923. Great family trip to celebrate my son 50th Birthday! The house was perfect and so was the location to the village . But the Best was the golf carts!! At 76 my walking days are not great, and the carts help a lot?

first the good: the house was easy to find, check in and check out instructions were very clear and sent via text messages No having to search though emails or the app. The house is beautifully decorated and the towels and linens are nice. For the not so good: this is our second house in this resort that we have rented and managed by this same company. I sent them a complaint last year and picked a different house this year, hoping things would be better. what is it? The furniture is grossly dirty. I'm mean DARK visible stains on the light sofas, pillows and bar stools. It looks gross and uninviting. I feel like I might catch some from that nasty sofa. We had friends from Pensacola come visit and we took them out because the furniture is just embarrassing.Please consider getting a differ color fabric or a different type of fabric. Also, like the house last year, there is a kids room that can sleep four but NO PLACE to put their clothes. not a dresser, not clothes hangers, nothing.i had to make piles on the closet floor for the kids. Lastly, the kitchen supplies do not say, Welcome to your million dollar house for the week. The $10 drip coffee maker had the handle broken, and the baking pans and sheets were burnt to a crisp. They were nasty and sticky from not being cleaned well. I'm certain you can spend about $50 for some new stuff when it starts looking raggedy.Every knows how it use a Keurig now, so please consider getting one. Muffin pan that makes 6 for a party of 12!

Rented the house to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with friends and family. Loved having the golf carts, made getting around much easier. The property was clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint was the microwave was rusted and started sparking when I tried to use it. Contacted the rental company and they had a loaner delivered the next day. This could have easily been avoided as the rust was very apparent. Beach chairs, toys were very nice to have... we would stay here again.

We have stayed in the Baytowne area in several occasions and this was a great stay for our family. The house was perfect for us, modern features, close to a pool, close to the Wharf, and a nice view of the 5th green of the Baytowne golf course. We were thankful for the place and would stay here again in a second. The 2 golf carts were amazing!!
