Stayed Aug 8, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is nice however it is not set up as advertised. This rental was listed as having a King in the primary with a Queen, twin over full bunk bed and pull out trundle in the guest room and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The primary seems to have a Queen. The guest room only had bunk beds. Had we known this we would not have chosen this rental. We specially chose and paid for this rental based on the set up DESCRIBED on the listing.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Property was exactly as listed. The back door knob was not working properly from wear and tear however someone was there to fix it within an hour.

Reviewer Comments: My favorite part was the beach was practically walking distance from the home! It had a nice kiddie pool and park right behind it for the kids to play at. The home had just enough space for everyone! So many different types of sleeping arrangements which was nice for everyone to spread out!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, place is nice and clean. I have really only 2 complaints. The mattresses were not great at all. The master mattress has a big dip on one side and a hump in the middle. I slept ok. However in the other room and bunk downstairs I was told they were HORRIBLE. My daughter in the other upstairs room put all her blankets on the bed to help and then got cold in the night. Said she got very littel sleep during the week and was glad to be home. My mother-in-law sleep on the one downstairs and said the couch was better than the bed. Horrible mattress. The only other issue was the 3 cooking pans were very old and worn out. The place is great other than that. Love the beach being so close.
