This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    We had a wonderful stay on the top unit of the house. The entrances to the two units are completely separate and private. The deck has gorgeous views in both directions of the beach. The house has stairs that go down to a private area on the sand. We could also walk to the beach via a public path right next to the house. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities that you would need including plenty of kitchen and beach towels. Fireplaces in the living room and on the deck are a plus. Bright and modern decor. Sparkling clean. Great communication with the host. We already booked our next year's stay for the same place.

    The only complaint I have is they said we have two parking but the garage door was not working so we cannot park inside there and I call and they send someone down to fix it and he said I think it’s the outlet and I’ll be back to take care of it they never came back to take care of it.

    My family and I had a really nice stay. The views were beautiful, the place was clean and plenty of space for all 10 of us. Had some difficulty with the ac but they sent someone right away. The plot next door was empty so it was nice to be able to get to the water that way (very rocky, but sand at the water). There is a cute place to walk to called Buccaneer Cafe that is a must - great coffee/juice and good food (breakfast/lunch only).

    The quality of the property is terrible. Broken, rusty window frames. We couldn't use 1 of the bedrooms because the window could not be closed. The garage is extremely small, none of our cars (sedans) fit in there. The overall cleanliness of the property was very questionable. We did not have a good experience there at all and it is way too expensive for something as falsely advertised as this apartment. It is really a shame because of it was properly updated and cleaned it would be a very nice place.
