Pet Friendly, Spacious Home, Incredible Views, Private Hot tub 152

Appreciated the very nice mattresses but they were paired with lumpy pillows throughout. Loved the location to the ski resorts. Beautiful views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Although the condo had a tankless water heater we didn’t get a hot shower. The water runs hot and ice cold intermittently during your shower. It never stays one heat as a true tankless water heater does. (We have a proper working one at our house so we know they are to stay at one temperature throughout your shower unless you decide to change the dial. This didn’t happen in this condo. It changed temperatures on its own. Very discouraging and disappointing.) In comparison here were the minor nuisances: many light bulbs are out, both glass door hinges are broken, the house is drafty and cold on main floor, the fireplace needs lit, garage is too small for an SUV XL.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place in Silverthorne. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described, with beautiful views and a private hot tub that was perfect after long ski days. It was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog easy and stress-free. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was ideal—quiet, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

This will sound silly - but the number of towels really stood out. There is nothing worse than having a large group and running out of towels, but that was not a concern. Host responded quickly and was accomodating. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Exceptional home, quiet and peaceful on the pond. We especially enjoyed the Blue River Trail steps away. Accommodations were great…layout of home, cleanliness, kitchen very well stocked for all cooking needs. Amazing getaway…already booked for next year!

The Ponds is a DREAM place for summer/ early fall in CO. Paddleboarding on the pond, fishing in the river RIGHT around the corner, and hiking beautiful trails within walking distance! Everything works, and there is just enough in the kitchen to make cooking in easy. Walking to restaurants is also easy. LOVE this place. (and that you can have a well-behaved dog is a super bonus)

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were the perfect size and plenty of bathrooms is always a plus. The location was perfect and not too far from everything.

Loved the location! Tucked away from the noise of town but still close and convenient. We were looking for a winter weekend getaway away from the ski crowds and enjoyed the wildlife and short walk to the Blue River.

Stayed 2 nights so my granddaughtet and son could ski in Breckenridge. We were very comfortable in the home and the host was very quick to respond to any quwstions that we had. Would highly recommend thos home!!

Overall we had a good stay. The property was very clean. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken until our last night. The main reason we rented the place was the private hot tub. The management was responsive. good yo fral with

Nice property that has a wonderful location close to many ski hills. Check in and communication were great. Only downside is what others mentioned-property is somewhat worn. Many sinks need replacing, bathrooms are outdated, and the trim is really banged up and could use a paint job. Garage is too small for a large SUV (our Tahoe definitely wasn’t going to fit). Many pluses though like three bedrooms allwith baths, hot tub and nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host too!

Very clean and modern. Close to the nearby mtb trails. Beautiful pond in backyard with mountain backdrop.

Great location and awesome hosts

Great view, clean and well prepared for guests; however, a few repairs or refreshes are needed: -powder room sink needs porcelain repair (rust coming through); -no door stop in powder room; -one bathtub stopper won’t stay up, nor come out, for shower and leaves you in standing water unless you prop it up with a cloth; -queen mattress needs replacing; -Throw pillows on blue leather sofa and loveseat need replacing (worn out); -1kitchen drawer can’t be opened due to new knob replacement (too big); -1 kitchen drawer won’t open due to cabinet door needing adjustment; -1 living room curtain not secured properly on the rod -touch up paint needed in places (powder room door trim and window sills); -outdoor patio cushions need refresh. Same for outdoor umbrella. —Never received entry code via email or text by check-in as promised. Spent an hour outside on the phone with VRBO/Skyrun trying to get the entry code! They even tried to tell us we were eligible for a rebooking elsewhere! Their customer service reps were less than sympathetic.

The living area was great, the upstairs was spacious, a bathroom for every bedroom, and the views from all bedrooms were beautiful. We loved hanging out on the patio! One of us used the kayak on the pond while others used the hot tub. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed walking on the paths right outside the front door along the Blue River. We had a wonderful weekend!

We had a great stay on the pond front property that was a short distance from the recreation path and blue river. Loved having access to the kayak and outdoor seating.

Older duplex, well kept, good for families

Loved the property! Great location in Silverthorne, quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. The mountain pond just off the patio is perfect for kayaking or just sitting next to and taking in the views.
