Pet-Friendly Sedona Home: Hot Tub, Walk to Trails!

Six adults stayed here comfortably. Beds and pillows all comfy, and home was clean. Great neighborhood to walk around with amazing views. We loved seeing the javelinas at night! This home had all the usual needed items, (toilet paper, paper towels, storage containers etc) plus some extras. Grocery store nearby. We did hit a couple glitches, mostly operator error, but the property manager and homeowner were WONDERFUL! Communication was immediate, and overall the stay was smooth and fantastic!

This property was a fantastic option for our family while in Sedona for a family reunion! It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and has some amazing views of the mountains. The house was very clean, and very nice and cool. The backyard was great for little kids to run around in, and the hot tub was great too. Communication with the host was top notch, and they even reached out shortly before our trip with recommendations for restaurants and various nearby attractions. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here, and would highly recommend it, as well as stay there again. It is evident the hosts take pride in their home and want their guests to get the most out of their stay.

The property is as advertised. It was perfect for 6 adults and two children, and our pup. Perfect location just in the outskirts of the busy uptown. The owners were quite helpful due things to do and recommended restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

5 of us stayed extremely comfortable at this gem of a home. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Hiking practically out the front door. Had the opportunity to speak with the owner who was delightful. Very clean and comfortable home. Would definitely come back.

We had 3 wonderful nights at this great home. It is in a wonderful location- close to shops and the center of Sedona. There are fabulous trails just a short walk from the house! The hot tub was clean and ver comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need . Highly recommend!

Great house in lovely neighborhood with good proximity to downtown Sedona, and several hikes. Sheets were so comfy I’m ordering them. Enjoyed the hot tub and starry skies after hiking during the day. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home too. Washer and two dryers!

Great place to stay! Owner and manager were friendly and responsive. Clean, comfy beds, useful labeling on everything, close to trailheads and downtown. Enough room for our family to enjoy time together. Quiet neighborhood! Perfect time

This property is excellent! Plenty of space, terrific yard, and Jacuzzi in the location is perfect. You can hike so many of Sedona’s treasures by starting at the house.

We were 5 adults visiting Sedona for mountain biking. Perfect location as house was close to trails we were most interested in and we avoided typical traffic. The house is not a luxury home but everything was nice, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked for our needs (we never made dinner at the house). We loved the hot tub which was hot and easy to use!

We had a wonderful experience at this house for our family vacation. The host Todd was excellent! He reached out to us before we arrived with a list of recommended hiking trails, local attractions, and restaurants. He was only a text away when we had any questions about the house (e.g. my in-laws had a hard time figuring out the digital door lock, we texted Todd, and got a response in minutes). The location is perfect! We were only a few minutes' walk away from the Sugar Loaf trailhead, it was an awesome short trail, great for an early morning hike with a great view. There are tons of restaurants just a few minutes away in West Sedona. We are only a few minutes' drive to downtown Sedona.Great house, great host, great location!

Overall it was really a nice area and home. The house was older and showed some wear and tear but it was comfortable and everything worked as it should. The hot tub water was very nasty dirty when we arrived but someone showed up the next day and cleaned it. We had a minor issue with the front door lock but the host answered my call right away and was able to walk me through it easily which I appreciated! The beauty of Sedona makes the trip wonderful every time we go!

Great amenities and loved how close the home was to the trailhead. We had four kids three and under and it was perfect for our group.

Well equipped kitchen for a crowd. Nice location and beautiful views with trailheads nearby. Close to Oak Creek Brewery. Hot tub, fire table and grill were in working order and enjoyed by us.

The property was well stocked, clean and comfortable for our group of six. The hot tub was a great extra feature after hiking the surrounding area. Communication with the host was excellent.

The property is really nice. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The back patio was pleasant to relax outside. The location was perfect, minutes from the center of town and only about 25 minutes from our friends in Cottonwood whom we went to visit. It was great that this property accepted pets. We brought Dogface with us and she loved the backyard. Our teenage daughter loved the mother-in-law room complete with its own mini kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautiful and comfy.It truly feels like home. The owner is super friendly and helpful with things to do around Sedona and eat. That is a plus.

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 8 adults! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. It even included storage containers with lids and more than enough dishes, silverware and glasses. The hot tub was clean and looked to be newer. The location was perfect! There were multiple hikes within a 15-20 minute drive, including water areas, and a short drive to Uptown Sedona and the arts area. The backyard is large and there was plenty of outdoor seating. We used the gas grill with no problems and loved having the gas starter fire pit to easily make s’mores every night. Everything was perfect for us and will definitely stay here again if head back to the Sedona area!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Sedona! The property was very nice and incredibly clean. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and we loved seeing the butterflies. Our children and family enjoyed the peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its stunning views. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

The house was great for our stay. My husband and I traveled with my adult daughter and her two dogs. The backyard was fenced in, with a nice grassy area for the dogs. The living room furniture could use an upgrade, as the couch was pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.
