Stayed Jul 31, 2024Beautiful and well appointed home.We loved the deck at the back and spend a lot of time there! Loved having dog bowls available! Challenges you may not have control over: * Neighbor with 2 French bulldogs. One of them barking a lot and both storming the fence, made it impossible to leave our dog outside in the fenced yard! Suggestions that you may want to address: * To have a “pet friendly” rental with no dog towels meant that we needed to go and buy towels to wash and keep our dog clean * screen doors vulnerable and not sliding well. We were concerned about breaking the one exiting from the living space! And with the amount of mosquitos and bugs around could not open the door without closing the screen door. * with smoke around cannot rely on opening doors and windows for cool air. In the living area particularly hot! Need AC to be at cooler setting please! *despite the mention of “hotel style” small bathroom bottles of creams or other stuff, nothing was found! Might also be useful to have tissue boxes in bathrooms for use? Thank you for opening your lovely home to us! Marita Fridjhon

Stayed Jul 1, 2024The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. Beds are very comfortable. Would have been nice to have the firepit area trimmed down a little. The dock and kayaks were great we would recommend this house to stay at.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023My family of 4 stayed here during a family reunion vacation. The house was perfectly clean, with very comfortable beds, and all of the amenities to make ourselves at home. We loved using the kayaks and fire pit, and the back deck is perfect for enjoying the quiet scenery. The location is just a quick drive from the Sunriver Village, where we found lots of fun shops and activities.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed home. Unfortunately the mosquitos were pretty bad (maybe just the time of year?) so we couldn’t spend any time on the deck or large yard. It would probably be great earlier or later in the year. We weren’t bothered anywhere in the Bend or Sun River area except at the house, probably because of its proximity to the water.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023We had a WONDERFUL time at the river run getaway. The was plenty of room for my dog to run, and the access to the canal was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and everything was clean and tidy. We are already planning our return trip!

Stayed Aug 25, 2022Nice house for family stay. The house is large compared to main Sunriver houses and has some kayaks as well for use and you are 7 min away from sunriver shopping area. However, The small stream behind the house does not have much flow...so we did not use the kayaks. You can take those to near by Sunriver launch spot(5 min away by car). Great dark skies for star watching. We were able to see milky way :)

Stayed Jul 21, 2022House was fully appointed with everything you may need during your stay. Fully loaded functional kitchen made cooking for a large family easy. Great deck for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Property management was attentive to our questions and even reached out just after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect house for a family getaway, I can't wait to go back!!
