Stayed Aug 7, 2024Pros: Proximity to the beach was great (2-3 short blocks) The backyard with large pool and hot spa was amazing Close to a couple little shops with food and necessities Comfortable furniture (hard to believe in a vacation home, right?) Cons: Hard to keep temp comfortable due to elevated home; room in front of the house remained a bit too warm for people to sleep well Pool stays leafy / buggy no matter how many times you skim it (not important to us but maybe important to others) Water leaks from slight to moderate in master bed / bath (the ceiling above the counter was horror movie level bad haha) Note - Some of the water damage may have been new but some of it was definitely pre-existing the recent storm. Ugly ceiling spots didn't ruin my vacation but I was a little concerned about the possibility of mold.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023This did not feel like a beach vacation home. Shutters made it feel very dark and isolated from the the beautiful surroundings. The primary bedroom advertised a king size bed, it was not, it was a queen. Response from management was that “furnishings are subject to change.” The walls, doors, and baseboards were dirty and in bad condition, some rotting and/or damaged throughout the home. The steps leading up to the front door are in bad need of sanding and repainting. The outdoor pool area was run down - umbrella was broken and falling apart, part of the siding was melted, yard was not cleaned up or trimmed, and debris/fallen mangoes were left behind in the yard. The pool was upwards of 93 degrees. The gulf was cooler than the pool. Hot water was coming from the jets yet we were told multiple times the heater was not on. It did not cool down at all until the last day. It felt like we were staying at a run down hotel. We have stayed on AMI 6-7 times and this was by far the most disappointing experience.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023It couldn't be more beautiful or centrally located. The house is like a tropical paradise. Plenty of covered parking, spa and pool were crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Fruit trees everywhere along with flowers so drinking coffee in the morning was very enjoyable. Will be back for sure!

Stayed Jun 17, 2023This house was everything we wanted. Very spacious, pretty, well stocked and close to restaurants and ice cream! The pool and hot tub are gorgeous with mango trees and beautiful foliage. We want to plan our stay here every year! Management was great too! We had a door alarm go off at midnight and had very prompt and friendly resolution. Great stay!
