Pet Friendly Oceanfront Home Heated Pool & Boat Dockage Short walk to Beach

My family has stayed here twice! This home is in a nice neighborhood. The home is spacious

The house was so incredibly clean and well stocked. The location was great where it was very quiet and peaceful but then also close to everything you need. We had a great stay.

Great place. We brought our boat over and it was easy in and out. Publix, gym etc walk able distance. Host was great :) highly recommend. Thank you for letting us bring our fur babies.

Overall great property! There was a lot of do’s & don’ts on signs all around the property. When we go on vacation we like to have fun, not follow a million rules. Be careful with the step ups throughout the property, as I broke my toe on one of them the first day.

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much. Beautiful home and great location.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood Great location, close to restaurants, stores and the Beach!Beds are very comfortable Plenty of Space inside and outdoorLoved watching the many beautiful boats pass by. Pool is great! Many Outdoor games, kayaks and many different seating areas. **Plastic pool chairs need to be replaced! Cracked and pinch you without a towel on them**pool towels also should be replaced very thin and faded!Host always returned texts promptly, although sometimes I got the impression I was bothering him with my questions! My suggestion is take the time to read entire booking and look at ALL the Photos provided! All information provided there!

Simply perfect!

The home was perfect for our group. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kids, aged 8 to 11 fished from 7 am until bedtime, with ocassional dips in the heated pool. We hope the home is awailable the next time we visit the area.

Was perfect for a family of 4 adults! Loved being right on the waterway to watch all the boat traffic. The house was spacious and clean, and had all we needed.

High end neighborhood which was close to beach, restaurants and bars. High winds limited the pass by boat traffic a little but nice. House is for sale with spartan furnishings everything was close by.

Great house and pool!

Large clean spaces with huge comfortable yard made a comfortable stay. Owner is very organized and all features of the house are clearly labeled as well as explained in provide binder.

Enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time just sitting outside watching the boats and people going by. Lots to do. Wish there were kayaks for just one person. There should have been a yellow line outside on in the pool area to warn people there’s a step down. Especially for disabled people such as my self.

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 older teenage kids! We took advantage of everything the property had to offer including the pool, grill, kayaks, fishing off the dock, walks through the neighborhood and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive as well. So happy with our choice to stay here!

We loved this property! Bikes were wonderful for our teens to get to the beach. All of us loved the pool and the canal side views. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Not inexpensive, but you are paying for an outstanding view. A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. The house is in Deerfield Beach, but just across the waterway is Boca Raton. The house itself was very good. Clean, with a good size swimming pool. Note that one of the full bathrooms is accessible only from the pool area outside. We actually liked that as it became the guest bathroom for the few visitors who stopped by. The master bedroom is a good size with sliders right out to the pool area. For those, like me, who prefer the shade, there is plenty of awning space outside to accomodate those who prefer to avoid the sun. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there are many accessories available in the garage from bikes to kayaks and more! The house is a good one, the view out back is outstanding! Two items of note: 1. This property is handled very much like a business. Felt they nickle and dime you as we had to pay an additional $200 when we asked if we could get in at 1pm rather than the 4pm check-in time. (Based on our flight time.) All comm. was through a home mgt rep. Got the entry code 14 minutes before 1pm. Cleaners showed 4 min. before check-out (they were such nice people!) 2. This is a very small community with some VERY nice houses. Did not feel welcome. I don't think they like that this home is used for VRBO.
