Stayed Jun 20, 2025This was the perfect place. Four bedrooms that sleep a lot of family. Fenced in back yard for our dog, Three car garage so you don’t have to park on street and ever worry about parking, Steps from the beach and don’t need to cross a street. Huge deck, never felt on top of each other with a large group of people. Owner is quick to respond. A must book, 10 out of 10!!!

Stayed May 23, 2025Fantastic location, with space for the whole family, including pets…And off street parking to boot! We had a great 3 day weekend at the beach which was only a 2 minute walk, on the beautiful deck, and enjoying the nearby food, and attractions. Many great spots are within walking distance. Terrific for a family getaway or gathering at the beach.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024The property was fine, the outside areas need attention. the Grill was so filthy it caught fire when i went to use it and was a real hazard! the deck needs boards replaced due to the pine needles laying on the deck and clogging the gutters. The insides were nice enough but could not use the code provided to lock the doors. The Hotel next this property is a issue when they fill up. We went on the off season and had parking issues. Yes there is 3 garage spots. The HVAC units were challenge to control do to location of the thermostats. If the branches were trimmed the ocean would be on full view. We enjoyed our stay and only make these comments to improve this property. thanks.

Stayed Sep 12, 20244 generations of our family celebrated several milestones. The property was set up to make this enjoyable while keeping pets and toddler safe. We are planning to make this a yearly event!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Everything about this place is awesome. Literally the perfect place for so many reasons. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard for yard games. Huge outside porch with several different sitting areas including a screened in area. Eight adults and one infant and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Inside was roomy and spacious. Private parking for 3 vehicles. The air conditioning units worked perfect. Very close to beach on Oceanside of Highway. Close location to food and shopping. This place is the most awesome and perfect place.
