Stayed Nov 8, 2025Just Ok. Property is very dated and in need of somemaintenance and deep cleaning. master bedroom did not have adequate window covering and neighbors lights were on all night shining directly into master bedroom. We were unable to use garage due to construction debris blocking the garage. Communication with property owner/manager was very good.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The house is located a great community and is close to launch ramps, fuel and Dairy Queen!! The house was comfortable and was more than plenty of room for four adults. We mostly used it as a place to sleep and shower as we were only the river all day. We loved the location so much that we would probably actually stay there again.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We have been coming to this community for many years since before we had kids. All our friends have property here. Our friend Johnny who lived there just passed away. We were happy to find a place to stay where we already know so well to enjoy his memorial. Wanted to rent a place rather than occupy our friends properties like we have done so many times or rented with several families. Sometimes its nice to have your own space. Everything here was perfect. We just rented it again for my bday in September. :)

Stayed Oct 24, 2023Beautiful location. Huge house with all you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderfully clean. I loved the pool and hot tub, which I had to myself each time I used it. The river is so beautiful. It was nice to have parking in the garage to keep my car cool. Peaceful neighborhood.

Stayed Jul 20, 2022Perfect place in a great community. It is conveniently located right next to the parking lot and pool and just a short walk to the beach and river. We really enjoyed staying and will be back again.
