BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: A $250 pet fee applies, with a 40-pound weight limit per dog, two (2) dogs max. Please notify us in advance if you're bringing your pup! If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 3 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    This was a great property within walking distance to the beach which made it very convenient with having a baby. I also enjoyed the different seating options on both porches and the oversized swing under the house. The kitchen was also fully stocked with basic things to cook with. The only downside was the washer/dryer combo which was difficult to operate when

    I searched for weeks for the perfect house and I found it! It is close to the beach, it was quiet, it was clean, and I loved how it was decorated. Highly recommend staying here.

    This is a wonderful little house to stay in. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. We brought our furry family members to the beach for the first time. Bon Vie was the perfect place for us to kickback and relax.

    The cottage was so cute and such a great place to stay in. It was super clean, had comfy beds, and so many sweet little touches to make you feel comfortable. The walk to the beach was so easy and the beach was awesome! I would fully support the owner investing in a stacked separate washer/dryer because the combo they have is a little tricky to use. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone!
