    This was truly the nicest place we have had the pleasure of staying at in Mammoth Lakes! super clean and extremely well-appointed! We didn’t really need to bring anything of our own. This place is luxury modern with a cozy cabin feel still. We were snowed in for a day, but didn’t mind a bit due to all the games, SmartTVs, and cozy couches they had for us to lounge in - BONUS was the private jacuzzi! And the electric car charger was a major plus for us! Can’t wait to come back.

    Yes.. we did have an issue with the stove and contacted Mammoth Reservations. We had to turn off circuit breaker because electric igniter wouldn’t stop.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults, 3 children ages 10, 6 and 5, and 1 service dog. The home was fabulous. Upon arrival you will find a completely loaded garage with everything you might need including 2 bicycles, an extra refrigerator for drinks and frozen food. The home has parking for 4 cars, but in reality you can get 1 car in the garage, and 2 on the outside driveway. Not an issue with parking. The lower level/garage level has the 4 bunk beds, TV room, a bathroom, washer/dryer, and hot tub on the lower patio. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, gas fireplace, outside patio with a gas BBQ and gas fire pit. Again, everything you might need is included. The third floor has the master bedroom, master bathroom, gas fireplace, and large closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans which help with air movement since AC is not available. We were there in mid-July and not a problem. We also brought up several tall oscillating fans to keep the air flowing. In the evening it cools down so not an issue. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked and we had no issues with any appliances or equipment. The area is very quiet and well suited for a very nice family vacation. We even had two deer that were feeding on the bushes near the house every morning and evening. While the golf course is adjacent to the property, there was no noise or bother with golfers. Overall, I would give this home a 10 out of 10. We plan to come back again next year.

    Great property, easily one of the nicest Mammoth rentals I've seen in this price range. Well stocked like a home the owners care about rather than a rental property with just enough of each thing to check a box. Very comfortable and nice, and super-convenient to Eagle lodge.
