Chris was quite communicative and we had no issues whatsoever. The location at ReynoldsOconee was very good on a large accessible corner lot, The home was quite spacious ( almost too much unused space ). Beds and facilities were fine. We all thought that the home has a lot of upgrade potential as is older and in need of some basic renovation. Windows were not clean and porch screen ripped and not useable. We did have trouble trying to sort the streaming TV service and did miss some Masters coverage. So, overall, this home provided most of what we needed and was good value for money. It wouldn't take much to improve.
When planning our family vacation we needed a house that could accommodate four different families. This house delivered and was much larger than I expected. If you are unfamiliar with this area the neighborhood is AMAZING! We were greeted by deer every morning and the entire grounds is meticulously maintained. We used the bedroom upstairs and it was very comfortable and slept myslef, my husband, our 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son. It was great to have our own bathroom as well. The bathrooms were fully stocked with all essentials. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and was stocked with every spice and cooking utensil you would ever need. The coffee station was an added bonus (stocked with coffee and creamer). The communication with the owner was excellent. He was quick to respond within less than an hour. The lake access was a little further than expected and it is more setup for docking a boat than swimming. Overall it was a wonderful trip and the house was comfortable and allowed our four different families to still have our own privacy when needed. I would definitely rate it overall 5 stars and stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay. House fit our needs perfectly. Chris was very accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home.
Had such a wonderful time… Enjoyed the paddle boards and rented a boat for two days which was about a 5 minute walk to get to down an easy trail We travelled with 4 adults and 4 kids (11,9,5,3) and everyone had a great time! Beautiful home and location and will definitely be back!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in this Lake Oconee home. Chris was very attentive, responsive and accommodating and everything went smoothly. The house is comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need. It has recently been updated and felt very fresh! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed wonderful walks with our dog. She wasn't quite sure what to think about all of the deer, but she had fun watching them. We would love to return!
Nice sized, and clean. Great for family visit. Chris was great, and quickly responded to questions, etc. Highly recommended.
Awesome property! Plenty of room for our family. Nice that we could bring our dog along!
The location is beautiful and had many areas to explore. My niece didn’t want to leave.
Easy check in, nice owner, clean property in a beautiful neighborhood on a lake. We really enjoyed our family Thanksgiving and highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
We had 6 adult sized people and our dogs in this house and never felt cramped whatsoever. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens and new carpet in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Several smart TVs throughout the house, lots of board games and multiple places to sit outside and enjoy the beauty. It was a nice walk down to the lake through the trees and the neighborhood was a beautiful place to walk with tons of deer and friendly neighbors. We visited the first of November and felt like we kind of had the place all to ourselves...probably more people around during the summer months we were guessing. Also, a short drive over to shopping in Greensboro for groceries etc. Check in and out was very easy and we had no issues at all.
