Stayed Sep 19, 2025Beautiful house in a very quiet location. A short 5 minute drive to all the excitement of Stowe. Mike was very quick to respond! House was clean, lots of dining seating and a beautiful kitchen. We appreciated soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms and the ability to do laundry. Would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 21, 20253 generation of my family stayed for a week and were pleased with the stay. The house was actually bigger than it seems in the photos so that was good. The beds were comfortable and the area quiet, which led to good nights of sleep. Accommodating my 2 dogs was very much appreciated. One early morning while out with one of them a mama black bear and 2 cubs wandered out of the woods and while it increased my heart rate it was pretty cool to see (we didn't get closer than 50 yards).All in all, a good place to stay in a good location for a big family and their dogs.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025We had a great time with family. The house was very comfortable. We were expecting a better view from the rear yard but it is overgrown and the view is obstructed. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 adults, a baby, and a dog. All of the living spaces are comfortable, with lots of room to dine and relax in the evenings. Everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a delightful stay in this big house, well furnished, and offering a friendly common space with the living/kitchen/dining room all connected.Stowe is near, and such is Shaw's grocery store, Morrisville and its breweries, or the Elmore State Park and its lake.Communication surper easy and fast with owners.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We recently visited the Stowe area and what a gem! Loved the spacious layout of this cottage. Downstairs has a wonderful en-suite with walk in shower, plus bedroom with two full size beds and bath off hallway. Upstairs king size bed, and room with twins/bunks. Shared bath. Beds were so comfortable and the area so quiet. Great night of sleep. We enjoyed just resting and scouting out the local area, and took an easy drive to Burlington, VT. Loved that it was pet friendly, and super clean. Well appointed kitchen with every gadget needed to cook meals, if that’s your jam. Tons of wonderful cookbooks and I’ve ordered some already. Overall, super clean, responsive communication from local host, comfortable home, relaxing environment. Would absolutely stay again!
