The house is very clean, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, fully stocked with beach and pool toys, bikes everything needed. No additional fees for pool or hot tub heat. Vacation Rental Management are very responsive if needed and easy to work with. Love this place so much we rented again for next year!

Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The empty lot behind the house provided for expansive and big sky views. Plenty of room, good size living room tv, high ceilings, great covered pool area, amply beach supplies in the garage. Would rent again!

Bunch spices and other basics, which is super handy because who wants to buy a whole container of garlic salt every vacation? The spa and pool were super clean and easy to use. The garage is full of beach stuff you might need, (cart, bikes, umbrellas, chairs, tubes...I mean everything! - most boogie boards were broke, though). More than enough linens and beach towels. Honestly, I will for sure book this place again, we were 7 people staying, two kids and 5 adults and we had ample room. If I HAD to say something neutral was that the guest shower had very little water pressure. But I mean, splitting hairs here... great place., highly recommend. Ohh and the neighborhood has burrowing owls!?!? freaking cute!!! And a 4min walk to the beach. Perfection,

Even though it rained we took the kids out and took a walk around the neighbor hood and jumped in the puddles on the sidewalk. Milton interrupted our vacation.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay! So glad we were able to bring our pets along for our vacation. House was very spacious and included some beach essentials, which was great! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the outdoor patio set up. Loved that the house was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! A few suggestions would be to include an extra propane tank for the grill (we ran out half way through grilling and had to go exchange the tank). Some additional cleaning supplies for the house would be great for cleaning mid stay. Lastly, the option to put up a pool fence when needed would be nice. Overall we all enjoyed our stay! And would recommend!

It was in a good location to get back to stores for food, beverages, restaurants or general shopping. The real estate rental company was great easy to deal with getting everything setup and answered all our questions to make it easy to enjoy our vacation.

Loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub. The house is very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The furniture is new and very comfortable.
