Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Raymond Pond was exactly what we wanted--quiet & swimmable. The views from the back deck and dock were fabulous. Upon arrival, our excitement was dampened when the only entrance was through the garage that reeked of mold & mildew. The deck and outside furniture were filthy. Fortunately, Krainin Realty arranged to have the deck and chairs power washed. During our stay, the sleeping loft with the trundle bed was not an option due to no windows or air conditioning. The three bedrooms had window a/c. For the remainder of the house, two fans caked in grime were provided. This house has potential, but even after the Krainin emergency cleaning, it still needs a thorough cleaning and regular maintenance. We will not return and we do not recommend this house.
