The Lillehuus impresses with its all-round waterfront location, with the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other, the holiday home is located on a narrow spit of land surrounded by water. The harbour promenade with a supermarket and bistro as well as a restaurant are also just a few minutes' walk away.



Furnished in a modern country house style with vintage accents, arriving and feeling at home in thewell-equipped Lillehuus is guaranteed.



The view falls through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts onto beautiful water scenery. Each level of the Lillehuus has a terrace with a harbour view, equipped with high-quality patio furniture, a beach chair, lounge set and two loungers. The highlight: the large 360° roof terrace with all-day sun.



And if you're looking for a wellness holiday, you'll find it here - a small Finnish sauna and relaxing whirlpool bath provide relaxation after a long walk on the beach.



The open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. From here, you have direct access to the adjoining terrace. Whether it's a barbecue evening with a Weber electric grill or a cosy evening in front of the fireplace, the harbour cinema is guaranteed here. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped for your holiday comfort. Breakfast on the terrace right by the water with a fantastic sunrise - that's a holiday!



The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of year and make the Lillehuus really cosy, even on cold Nordic days. The Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme provides additional entertainment. You can also easily stream your favourite music. A high-quality DAB+ / Internet radio ensures pure listening pleasure.



The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor. Guests can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water in two bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the harbour and is furnished with a double bed. While enjoying a morning coffee, you can watch sailing ships depart from the neighbouring terrace. The second bedroom offers a view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together as well as an additional TV with a home entertainment programme. A comfortable armchair bed provides additional sleeping space for one person.



The fully equipped bathroom with a view of the water is also located on this level. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There is a parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: preparing delicious holiday snacks in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying the harbour cinema - served on the terrace right on the waterfront, of course!



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
