Stayed Feb 13, 2026This was the most amazing home! It has three bedrooms in three corners of the home. One is set up to also double as a home office. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end cookware and a fabulous stove. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We travelled with dogs and were never concerned they weren't safe on the property. IF you are travelling with a cat (we were not) there is a fully enclosed CATIO off the main bedroom. The hosts were incredibly communicative and we had a delightful time. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026Excellent place. Nice kitchen. Conveniently located near town- it was a quick drive into Kanab. The home was near enough to do a quick drive to almost every where on my list.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025We loved the house. It was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the modern kitchen very much. House is very close to downtown Kanab, but felt like it was in the country. Restaurants ad grocery stores were all close. Also a perfect central location for the national parks, state parks, and other points of interest. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Loved the tranquil area where the house was located. It was a perfect location for us to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, plus a day at Best Friends. The house was super clean and lots of light. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole living space was open with views of the mountains. The bedrooms were big and there was plenty of storage and we loved the big tub in the bathroom. A lovely stay in a beautiful location.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Midnight's Manor this trip. The house had everything we could ask for. The management team was great and incredibly responsive when we reached out. We were in town to volunteer at Best Friends and each night we like to host a sleepover dog and this was a great space for the dogs. The yard is on the smaller side, but is fully fenced and I had no concerns when we were out there with a dog. The view of the red rocks from the backyard is wonderful and the neighborhood is peaceful. We did not host a cat for a sleepover, but having cats of our own I know that the cat porch would have been great for a cat sleepover guest as well!It was so great to have a garage to load and unload our stuff and the dogs each day. Bonus that they did leave a garage door opening for us (other locations where we've had a garage haven't always provided that and so this was very helpful). We love Kanab and Best Friends and visit about twice a year. This was our first time staying here, but we would definitely stay here again if available. We ate many meals at home and had everything we needed to cook and bake our meals, but did discover a new place to eat this time: Made in Kanab is a food truck that makes GREAT hamburgers. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Find them on instagram to see their specials and location.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024We chose Kanab, Utah as our base for 8 nights to explore the area. This VRBO is in a beautiful area of town overlooking the red hills. It has a great front porch with ceiling fans and comfortable furniture to enjoy the views. There are a few steps up to the front door and porch. In the back, it has an enclosed cat patio the that was charming. Two doors, one from dining room and one from the primary bedroom lead to it. There is also a place to sit out back in the enclosed yard and watch the sunset over mountains. The yard is one step down from the back porch. We loved the oversized garage and were able to park an extended bed truck inside. The garage door openers were also provided. The interior of the house was very clean; the kitchen had most of everything we needed. Kanab has two markets close by and several delicious restaurants to try. Our king bed in the primary was very comfortable and the room very large; loved the walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The shower was great with both shower head and a hand held shower. Plenty of towels, a couple wash cloths and an awesome walk in closet with plenty of storage. Also more blankets and lots of pillows. We also loved the commercial washer and dryer. It was great for our extended stay and they provided ample pods and dryer sheets. Plus there is a wash sink in the laundry room that was great for delicates. We brought our two senior dogs with us; steps needed help so thought to mention. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Apr 15, 2024This surpassed our expectations upon arrival! The home is spotless clean and comfortable. The location is close to town (not exactly walkable to town, but you could if you chose to.). *Only complaint would be a desire for end tables in the living room, and maybe an added couch. But I highly recommend this cozy and comfortable home as a vacation stay!
