Pet friendly fenced yard, 4 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants

Not what I expected based on the photos. When I arrived there was a musty smell. I used some air freshner and it was better. I always check for bed bugs first thing. The home was bed bug free and that was a plus. However the home was not very well cleaned. I paid extra cleaning fees but cleaned during my stay and when I checked out. I understand sometimes with a cleaning team things can be overlooked that's why I rated a 3.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent and it was very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. Everything was comfortable and there were no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the close/easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds, nice fenced backyard for our little dog, and thanks for supplying a hair dryer!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, easy to find, hosts were great at communicating everything. We had a lovely time and the beach was an easy walk along with the Main Street. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Great recommendations from host and they were very helpful! No complaints from us! If you ever want to visit make sure to stay here! So close to the beach and very relaxing spot!

Quiet neighborhood and very pet friendly in the area.

Perfect for a dog beach and Cape Canaveral escape

The duplex was clean and well kept. Perfect place to stay for traveling with pups. Secure privacy fence. Great location for daily walks to the beach, shopping in Cocoa, Kennedy Space center and visited the area parks for birding and wildlife.

Nice apartment only suggestion would be to have all grass in the backyard one part of the backyard is mostly sand besides that all wonderful.

John the Owner/Manager was absolutely wonderful!!!! He suggested so much great places, this was our first time in coco beach, John was kind, friendly and professional. we will definitely stay there again. What a true Blessing to have John for a host

This place is very nice and close to the beach. The best feature for us was the fenced yard, perfect for our puppy. The area is quiet and the beach not busy at all. I highly recommend.

Cute,clean,tidy. Right by the Beach and easy driving to anything you might wish.

Great place to stay and everything you need was provided. Thankful to the owners- Hurricane Debbie arrived and we needed an extention on our stay and the owners were very accommodating during this time. The cottage is in close walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely no complaints. The property was very clean. My husband raved about the comfort of the beds( which never happens). The location of this home made for a perfect short walk to the beach that was not crowded like you would experience if you stayed in a condo. I loved that part so much!! The shower outside and all the beach accessories were a huge perk also!

Super location! House was as indicated. Maybe a little worn but met our needs wonderfully. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice to have a covered patio equipped with an outdoor shower after the day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We had a great time!

Short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Nice back yard. Loved the privacy fence for my dogs and small children. Would absolutely stay here again.
