Pet-Friendly Elk Grove Retreat w/ Balcony!

Comfortable, clean and perfect for our family of four. Host was accommodating and communicated promptly to our needs. Peaceful gated neighborhood. Highly recommend if stairs are not a constraint for you.

Nice townhouse in a gated community. Pet- friendly. Close to the parks and stores. The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pantry had the basic necessities to cook with. Although we don't drink coffee, there was a coffee machine for use. Brandon the host was attentive. Easy to reach through text. Only downside was you could hear the neighbors, they were a bit loud at night. You could hear them talking. But would stay here again.

Nice & quiet gated community. Very clean and cozy townhome. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter just moved to Sacramento. They are in the Air Force and were stationed in Japan. We came to visit them and had such an enjoyable time. The property was great, like home feel, and in a great neighborhood. Brandon, the property manager was very attentive and checked on us the entire stay to see if we needed anything. We will be back and would definitely stay here again!!

It was a very nice condo; beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The one drawback for us was not being allowed to use the community pool. We specifically chose a rental that advertised pool accessibility. Other than that, everything was a five star rating.

Brandon was a great host. He was attentive and checked in with us to make sure everything was up to standard. His house is comfortable, clean and was convenient for all things that were important for my clients and I to access while they were in town. It’s in a safe neighborhood that we enjoyed walking in.

Brandon was an extremely accommodating host that was always ready to answer any questions I had. The area was very quiet, safe, and super nice to have pets with a patch of grass right outside the townhome. Location wise it was also great, about a 5 minute drive to Costco, Trader Joes, and a couple of other grocery stores. The inside was clean and set up to use the washer and dryer, both of which worked great, with a nicely stocked kitchen and dishes to use as well. Definitely won't be any hesitation if we're ever in need to stay in the Sacramento area again, even without the pets.

The property was clean and close to family, dining and shopping. It was quiet and felt very safe.
