Location was nice. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was Amazon! Loved the share shed! The house was older and could use some repairs but was the perfect size for our family! Would recommend 100% for families!

There would be nothing wrong with the home itself, but HUGE roaches came out every night. They came to spray some spray I use from Lowes. Next day, same thing. Then they tried to tell me they were “palmetto” bugs, as if that makes it any better. Who can sleep at night knowing huge bugs are crawling around? It’s pretty bad when you save for a vacation and it is an actual nightmare. The manager, Heather, was very sympathetic when she said she found out and moved us to a much nicer home. I was glad for her sympathy and moving us, but I do not recommend renting this home.

The best thing about this location is the proximity to the public beach, which wasn't crowded at all. They have beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards and other beach toys for you to enjoy. We definitely would stay here again!

The house was nice and I love the covered porch. The house managers communicated with text and right away with info about door code etc. very convenient. Having golf cart is a must and made super easy and a great spot and extension cord already run and present was great.

We had a minor problem with the TV and toaster, which were both addressed by the management company in a timely manor. The cottage was very clean and kitchen well equipped. The pool is very nice, but we did not use it due the colder than normal February weather. You can pay additional money to have the pool heated, but we chose not to do that. The location was wonderful-close to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.
