Great location! Pet friendly! Close to the beach. The house is great for large families we love that there were so many bathrooms. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Loved the foosball game! Plenty of very close parking. We’ve stayed at Maravilla for the last five years. And will be back!

We enjoyed the space and location near the beach. The addition of a grill would be welcomed, otherwise it fit our needs perfectly.

This is a great property! Second year in a row we have stayed here and will return. Very spacious and the location is ideal. Nice pool in the complex. Love the Big kitchen and dining table ice maker, and extra fridge. Enough seating for a large group in the living area We were disappointed that the concerns we expressed last year were not addressed. The oven door was still broken, the dryer doesn’t dry very well, and there weren’t dish towels. New observations were lack of a cookie sheet and the sofa being worn and ripped. However, this would not prevent us from returning. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental

Had 4 separate families staying. Accommodations were perfect. It was especially nice having so many bathrooms. Also loved it being so close to the beach. Youngsters also enjoyed the heated pool. Included everything we needed.

Great property.

This property is wonderful! We had five children and seven adults and there was always plenty of space! It was nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the large dining table was big enough for everyone. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cookware, silverware, etc. the location was perfect with a very short walk to the beautiful beach and pool. The kids greatly enjoyed the lovely pool and we also enjoyed using the bicycles provided. There was an inconvenience in that many people think this is the office and just came in the property even though we posted signs that noted that it was a private residence. The only items we were lacking were potholders, dish towels, and plugs for the bathtubs. We were able to purchase all of these items at a minimal cost. Also, the dryer does not dry well. Takes about three hours to dry a load of laundry, particularly if you have any towels in there. All of this being said, I highly recommend this very clean property and I would not hesitate to rent it again!
