Property was in a fantastic location and the house was overall clean but… it definitely needs a deep clean and the yard needs to be wrangled. Trees overgrowing the drive way made it difficult to get in and out of your car and the grass was tall. If those minor things were handled I would definitely stay here again. We love the area and the house.

The house was nicely furnished in a great location. Ages 14 to 67 all enjoyed our stay.

Any small project that needed attention was always addressed immediately by Coastal Joe and their staff. This is my 6th year with CJ and they are just like family. Always there when needed. Thanks to all for another great experience.

The house set up was great for families traveling with dogs. There were nice dog friendly touches like the gate at the top of the stairs so they could enjoy the deck. The layout of the house was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids). Beds were comfortable and nice views from the top deck. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would recommend for management is adding keyless entry so we don't have to worry about picking up or dropping off keys.

Reviewer Comments: Coastal Joes did everything to make our vacation excellent and it was! We loved the house, it was very well equipped and very well located. I love the way they gained you a $250 credit towards beach gear. We used it for bikes and beach chairs and this saved us having to bring two cars because of the bikes. Thank you coastal Joe. We will always use you folks...so nice!

The house was great for our group of 10.If you have walking issues an plan on walking to the beach that will be difficult,It is a treacherous walk through the sand for the elderly . Cookware is kinda warn out and not much of it.Glasses ,cups silverware a plenty.Beds were comfortable.Coffee pot took a hour to make a pot ,we replaced it and left it for the next guest.Garbage pick up is on Monday so we had 6 days of trash with 10 people we cooked alot ,which meant alot of trash that wouldn't fit in the cans .That may not be a problem for most guest that arrive on Sunday. Over all the house was perfect for us, the walk to the beach was my only complaint. plan to walk to the beach it is a very difficult walk through the sand .

Each year the owners upgrade a different aspect of the house. Additional bathroom added this year. New covers on couches. Bed in master is very comfortable and the upper deck is our favorite spot. Coastal Joe folks are all so wonderful to work with. They make me feel like family.
