Boardwalk is a low-density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Stayed Sep 29, 2025I did not realise there were 16 steps to climb. My husband doesn’t walk well and it was hard foe him and me actually. My dog got in those sand burs and they were horrible. No good place for him to potty. Away from the sand burs. Then they were in the condo, on the floor…. Oh my goodness. I have been to Perdido several times and this was my first encounter THEM.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Our stay was faultless. Found,the property tastefully decorated, well maintained, and scrupulously clean. The only drawback was the steps down to the beach. They were tough, but we are seniors. Young folks have no problem.

The unit was furnished beautifully, was just steps from the beach with a personal boardwalk. The Key Concepts staff were welcoming and quick to help answer questions. It was a great place for our family to enjoy Fall Break.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This place worked well for us. Our only problem was noise from the people staying above us. The place could use more mirrors - maybe in the bedrooms. Two mirrors - only in the bathrooms - was very difficult for 8 people to get ready.
