Stayed Nov 27, 2025The house was 20-30 minutes from everything. Perfect location for the Biltmore and day hiking. The house was clean and the host was available when needed. I am a family of 3 and there was plenty of room.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025House was clean, well equipped for cooking, great location, 5 mins to downtown Black Mountain, close to my sister’s house. Celebrated 4 birthdays and 1 retirement. We are all over 65 and appreciated no stairs.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We were able to ride from the house to trailheads in Old Fort. It's less than a mile to Kitsuma and about a mile to Bernard mtn. Comfortable and roomy.

Stayed Nov 23, 2023There were several things that needed to be attended to the icemaker wasn’t working two of the rooms weren’t heated which we couldn’t use. one was the rec room what was a main reason we rented. it just wasn’t like it was explained on the website not enough pans to cook with just need some work main thing was you know not being able to use the entire house was upsetting. The code getting in the house didn’t work- we paid for a lot more than we received but we made the best of it. We won’t stay at these properties or recommend .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969In Black Mountain for my grandson's all star baseball game. The house was in a great location for us and the house was nicer that expected.
