Pet Friendly Beach Life Villa 2 bed 2 & one half baths

I understand half was my fault for booking at the last second, but this place was not worth the money. They couches were dirty and had to place towels to sit, water stains in the ceilings and just not a well kept property.

Had to give lower ratings than I would like. Place could use some basic maintenance. Needed to replace 3 light bulbs and one smoke detector battery in the primary bedroom. A regular maintenance schedule is needed. I imagine most people would just call management but we had pets which means we would have to stay there until maintenance personnel arrived

The unit is very well taken care of and super clean; they allow pets, but it doesn't have any pet smell at all, which is rear even in some of the best places I rented before; they can have a smell because they don't clean them well. I was very happy with Rob and how he handled everything for us. I'll rent this place again for sure.

This pet friendly condo was exactly as advertised and exactly what my wife and dog and I were looking for. First and foremost...The beach is a beautiful short (less than half a mile) walk away... super convenient location. Shopping and Dining at Coligny Plaza was also less than a mile away and an easy walk to get to. We really appreciated being able to leave the car at home when going to the beach and Coligny and not having to battle the traffic and search for parking spots. The condo itself was clean and very quiet... beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. These owners were very responsive to any enquiries and the one small issue we had ( a clogged sink in the kitchen that could have happened to anyone) was addressed immediately and without hesitation - nothing bad to say about our experience at all. Check in and out were super simple and efficient and we appreciated the welcome package Rob left for us. Parking was plentiful at the condo and we never had an issue trying to park close to our unit. We made several day trips to see the entire island from heel to toe and we were never more than 20 minute drive away from any of the other popular locations (Harbour Cove, South Harbour, Tanger Outlets). We are already planning our next trip back to HHI and we will definitely be trying to get this same condo again. Brad & Natalie

My husband and I loved the “special touches” that were included in our stay! This condo was super clean and the decor was comfortable and tasteful. The time to the beach? A five minute bike ride or less than a mile on foot. Either way, it’s worth the trek, which is all trail. It was great to find various seashells. The ocean had obvious big and small Stingrays which we enjoyed seeing, as did all the beachgoers. We could not have been happier that we chose this for our HHI vacation!

We chose this villa because we brought our 2 dogs on vacation with us for the first time. It worked out well and felt homey. The appliances seemed pretty new and family room furniture was comfortable. It was a good location. It is a walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. Beach is beautiful. We went to the larger pool daily too. There was hardly anyone there in September. We walked and biked to Coligny plaza. Ate at great restaurants close by too. There is only a small deck with nothing to look at, but other condos. Landscape in the complex was just ok. Pools are basic. No hot tubs. Overall a good stay and glad we could take our dogs this time. Would recommend others visit Jarvis Creek Park. It's about a 10 minute drive. Beautiful park, good place to see a gator and to walk your dog.

The townhome was beautiful, clean, and most importantly it was exactly as it was in the pictures. Check in/Check out could not be any easier and the property manager made himself available for any questions. They even included a welcome bucket and a binder full of local recommendations. This spot is perfectly located between coligny beach and the sea pines area. The beach is definitely walking distance, but it's a bit of a trek in the summer heat so we elected to drive.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Easy walk to the beach and pool and an easy drive to HHI hot spots. Nice place to relax after a busy day.

My husband and I come down on Labor Day to play golf. The villa was clean and easy to find with the directions sent from Steve. Will consider staying there again.

This was a great vacation! The condo was wonderful and we had a great time. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Be sure to find the bike path to the beach! Thanks for a great place to stay. We will be back!
