Pet-friendly Beach House: steps to the beach w/heated pool, firepit, fenced yard

Welcome to Mix and Mingle on the Coast--a beach house for you, your friends/family and pups that boasts the best location for convenience, proximity to the beach, and all the amenities you want for your vacation.

With ample room inside for up to 8 guests and 2 dogs plus a private fenced yard with heated pool that is surrounded by lush landscaping for total privacy, perhaps only the beach itself could lure you away.

Features:
Enjoy a large living space and an upgraded, modern kitchen with all items needed to prepare meals and snacks plus small appliances like a traditional coffee pot, blender, crock pot, and ice maker; we also have a gas grill for your use. Bar seating plus dining table accommodates 10.

Outside, our large covered patio has a comfortable couch plus chairs. Into our private fenced yard is a vacationer's dream: a pool with provided towels, floats and plenty of loungers to enjoy. The Pool House sits nearby and includes a dedicated half-bath so you never have to track water inside the house. To ensure year-round fun, we offer pool heating (fee applies) to ensure the water is perfect in any season. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the beach sand under the stars. And you can enjoy plenty of fun inside with games (board and card) or in the yard with a cornhole set, ladderball, plus a smart TV is available under the covered patio just off the pool. Last, round out your evening by the fire pit with a s'mores or a glass of wine.

When you're ready to hit the sand, we have beach essentials for your use: chairs, noodles, boogie boards, a wagon and various sand toys.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan and clothing storage.
Bedroom 2: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan and clothing storage.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage + two high-quality twin air mattresses for extra guests.

⚓ Note: This home is on the quiet end of PCB, offering a peaceful retreat away from the high-rise crowds while still being minutes from the action.

Rental Requirements:
Pets (up to two) are welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $150. Pool heating is optional for a $250 fee. The minimum age to rent is 25 and the primary guest must provide ID, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present at the property for the duration of the stay. No smoking or parties allowed.
