• Fully equipped kitchen: Brand-new smart appliances, on-demand water heater, coffee pour-over kit + Keurig, burr grinder & scale.
• Dining: Stylish Article Seno table seats 8 + 4 barstools at the island for casual meals.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed • Private workspace • En-suite bathroom with custom-tiled shower.
• Front Bedroom: Queen bed • Bright and airy with sitting chair.
• Bonus Room: Queen bed • Twin trundle • Futon with memory-foam topper (sleeps 4).
• Extras: Tri-fold queen mattress in closet for flexibility + brand-new HVAC, blackout shades, ceiling fans, and extra box fans for comfort.

Bathrooms
• Primary bath with custom tile shower.
• Hall bath with tub/shower combo for guests.

• Screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening drinks.
• Private backyard with fire pit, grill station, and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles + additional street parking across the street (please avoid neighbor fronts).

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:
