Thoughtfully designed for both couples and families, Caviar Cottage combines upscale touches with practical amenities. With hardwired ethernet, Wi-Fi, and a built-in sound system, it’s easy to blend work, play, and entertainment in a peaceful coastal setting.

For year-round comfort, the home features a 2-ton central air system with UVC air sanitization, plus a Wi-Fi–controlled Nest thermostat so we can ensure the perfect arrival temperature upon request. Throughout the home, smart Lutron dimmers with Pico remotes on stands let you set the mood — whether it’s movie night, dinner with family, or winding down after a day by the water.

• ID Requirement: A valid federal or state-issued ID is required through the booking portal along with a signed rental agreement. If the credit card used does not match the account holder’s ID, verification from both the cardholder and account holder will be required.
• Pet Policy: We adore sweet, well-behaved pets! Please select the pet fee when booking — it covers the extra cleaning needed after your furry friend’s stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. (Sorry, no Pit Bull/Terrier breeds.)
