Pet-Friendly A-Frame Retreat Near Dtwn + Beaches!

Very clean and comfortable

We are repeat guests because this home truly stands out as the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrive, everything feels welcoming and thoughtfully prepared — even down to the cookies for us and treats for our dog. The house is beautifully maintained, with cozy furniture, comfortable beds, and a fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and shaded by lovely trees. The neighborhood is quiet and located near great restaurants. Historic Pensacola is beautiful and full of history, just minutes away. The beautiful white sand beaches are worth seeing. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We love staying here when visiting my family. It is so close to family and the house is just perfect for us. It is so cute and clean and has everything you need. The chocolate chip cookies are our favorite thing we look forward to.

This truly is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. The owner has gone way above and beyond to provide a beautifully decorated and very well-stocked home. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. The fenced backyard is gorgeous and roomy. There is a nice parking place for two cars. Great tourist and restaurant recommendations were provided. We will plan to stay there on future visits.

We just left this property, so sad to leave. We were coming up from Ft. Myers to visit our son. We had such a wonderful time! This house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! Love the cute back yard! When we got there, there were tasty home made cookies, and some dog treats for our furry family member! Marisa is such a wonderful host! I feel like we bonded! I can honestly say, she thinks of everything you might need! This property is close to everything, couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back!

Could not ask for a better place to stay and relax. It is not on the tourist area, it is tucked away about 10 minutes from the mall and shopping and 20 minutes from beaches. Our experience started off with an email telling us that the house was ready 3 hours early and to feel free to go in, there was cookies and fur baby treats left for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pots and utensils, washer and dryer setup with detergent. It rained almost the whole time that we were in Florida and there was plenty to do in the house, several games and plenty of channels. Power went out on Saturday, messaged the contact number to see who was the service provider, they messaged back within minutes the power company name and that it was already reported with an estimated time of service restoration. Basically I am trying to say that I will book again and would rate a 7 out of 5 if the site would allow.

We had a great stay, 2nd time we have stayed at the house. Our host was so accommodating and helpful with tips on restaurants and things we could do with our dogs. We will stay at this place any time we are in Pensacola as both stays have been wonderful!

The house was fantastic, prepped and waiting for our arrival, and communication was 110% with great local restaurant recommendations and updates for our arrival. Checkout was a breeze, not even asking for the usual straightening up or light cleaning we're accustomed to. Notes...2 Adults, 2 late-teens kids, everyone had adequate space to be apart and together.Our son sprained an ankle during our stay (not at the house!) and ended up using crutches/walking boot, which made us realize the first floor is easy-access for mobility-challenged guests, and was great, without even thinking we might need it ahead of time. The stairs will challenge anyone getting used to crutches for the first time, trying to use the upstairs bedroom/bathroom/loft. The stairs are easily wide enough, but they turn half-way up and our son took a bit of teasing over it :)We were happy to find card games and Fire TVs so we had lots of downstairs-only entertainment options too.If you get an EV rental, the nearest charging kiosk is in the Hobby Lobby parking lot, but check early because only 1 of 4 kiosks was in service during our use.There's a Dollar General and a Wal-Mart within a few miles of the house for any last-minute things you realize were forgotten at home (sun screen, hats, sun glasses, coolers, etc)... but the house was already stocked with brand new tooth brushes, toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, soap, etc.We would highly recommend staying here, and will look for it when we stay in the area again in the future!
