Local parks like Westcrest Park is just 1.3 miles (5mins) away, business park, school playground, and a dance studio are all within walking distance. 3. We welcome up to 2 pets with a $100 per pet fee (or $200 total for two or more pets).

4. There is no central AC but we provide 2 portable ACs for each floor.

5. If you are staying 30 days longer: Guest screening and signing a lease is a standard requirement for longer term rentals, as it aligns with local rental regulations and provides clarity for both parties.
