This was a beautiful house in a great location. The house was clean and week kept and decorated. It was nice to have use of the beach chairs and cart. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. The only problem we had was that it was advertised to have two bedrooms with two twin beds each but it really had only one bedroom with two twimn beds. The other room had a queen bed.

The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. It had ample room for our family of 6 plus a dog. A quick close 2 block walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

The garage was equipped with everything needed for the beach, which was greatly appreciated. The location is ideally situated between the beach and Britton's Bakery! In addition, The Powers Group was available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this property and look forward to another visit there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this home. We love the location and that it is pet friendly. Having the garage filled with bikes, chairs, beach cart etc. is great. Saves on packing all those things. I do think the place needs a refresh. The furniture is wearing and kitchen chairs are stained. The placemats need to be replaced (I washed the ones we used down but they were stained). The kitchen towels and oven mitts need to also be replaced. Some of these things are inexpensive fixes that would go a long way. Also the plastic chairs outside were cracked. We did not use the grill because my son said the igniter button was missing on the grill (I did not inspect it myself). Anyway, we would rent here again next year but given the rental cost I think some things need to be updated over the winter for next year.

This house had everything you can ask for. It was very clean and awesome for a little dog in the backyard. Would definitely return.

This property is very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and all the great restaurants Wildwood has to offer. This house also has beach chairs and bikes to use which is a great feature. We brought our mini golden doodle and the fenced in backyard was great for her. The grill worked great and we enjoyed dinners on the patio. The place was overall in good condition. We rented the last week of August, so I would say a few things needed to be fixed and it could use a deep clean. The microwave worked fine but the handle is broken and ultimately it needs to be replaced. The water dispenser on the refrigerator was very slow. My guess is the filter needs to be replaced. These are just minor issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.
