This property is within walking distance of several amenities and two of the Placencia Peninsula's premiere resorts ... it's a spectacular area nestled between Seine Bight and Maya Beach! This exquisite upper unit offers a well-equipped chef's kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. The airy great room and all bedrooms have direct access to a private beachside deck. Upstairs, a private rooftop deck awaits with stunning sea views, breathtaking sunsets, and a myriad of tropical birds. Sleep like royalty on king-sized beds with plush pillows, and utilize the living room's pull-out couch for additional guests. The primary bedroom is on the north end with ensuite bath with shower and private water closet. Second bedroom and guest bath is on the south end of the home separated by kitchen, living and dining areas.

*NOTES - This upper unit includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and access to a shared saline pool with poolside bath and outdoor shower. The solid concrete construction ensures minimal sound transfer between units, and the property consists of only two units in total. All king sized beds can be separated into 2 XL Twins when requested in advance. This property is denoted as having 2 floors but does have a 3rd story roof top deck for this units use. There are no living quarters on the 3rd story which is why it is denoted as 2 floors. Guests have option to reserve entire property for an extra fee. Request details if interested.
