Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great properties and location. The second time we have rented them.Once again, we felt that the houses were not checked before our arrival to make sure everything was in operating order. The grills at both houses were not functional and had to be replaced. They were not replaced in time for us to use during our stay. Mold was found in the ice machine & coffee pot. The septic system was not functioning properly (smelled during the week). I would definately recommend the property but also advise that it be checked out ahead of a rental.

109 Fisk Street was everything we imagined and more! The property manager was so pleasant and called us as soon as we arrived to check that we arrived safely and settled in ok. He also shared some information about the property, nearby beautiful West Dennis Beach and Kelley Pond. Our vacation home was top notch, clean and convenient to grocery stores, some quaint stores, ice cream, and Bass River adventures. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the large kitchen window that popped up to outdoor bar and patio was awesome. All the beds were comfortable in the home. The yard was well manicured and had nice plants in bloom too. The front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and to wave hello to beach goers and passing neighbors. We were thrilled to meet the home owners and get there names. The gym was a very nice extra! We share just a few recommendations for the homeowners: a few mor kitchen towels would be very useful and the master bathroom rug for the shower could be cleaned or replaced with a teak bath mat. We would love to stay at 109 Fisk Street in the 2023 season! Oh and there was a Baltimore Oriole nest in the big tree in the backyard and we purchased an oriole feeder and jelly at Agway in Chatham and have enjoying our own family of orioles for several weeks since returning home from the Cape! Everything about this property was first rate… From the rental process, to the check in process, to the amazing interior and perfectly manicured outside living space… Our family had a great time, and we hope to return next year!

The property was better than the pictures ( how can that be ) so nice with all the amenities and comfortable for our whole family. Adam the property manager was outstanding and truly professional. We are going to book again for next year!!!
