Stayed Jun 15, 2025Exceptionally nice house with plenty of room to congregate yet also to enjoy your own space. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally located, can walk, bike and drive to everything the area has to offer. Great communication with Jessica. Highly recommended.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located home! The house had everything you could need-- a beautiful open kitchen, outdoor space, and outdoor shower. The house is walking distance to the town and the beach. We had an amazing stay here and would love to return in the future! Jessica was also extremely responsive whenever we had any questions about the house too! 10/10 stay :)

Stayed Aug 21, 2023Had an incredible stay at Jessica's place in Montauk. Great location- stones throw away from Shadmoor State Park, the main bar and restaurant strip in Montauk, and not too far from the beach as well. Truly is an idealic experience at her place. Awesome back patio with hot tub and great seating, great living room, another upstairs deck as as well and outdoor shower as well. Great beach vibe that makes you feel right at home. Good sized bedrooms with good work from home setup. Jessica was a real hands on host with anything we needed- instructions, any small issues with the house, etc. If you're going to Montauk would highly reccomend her place!
