Perfect year round getaway - On the water! Theater, Fire Pit, Game room, Kayaks

Such a wonderful place to gather. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and that view of the water.

Perfect friend getaway!

Wonderful view, very spacious with a lot of room for our family of 6. Kids loved the theatre room and downstairs area. Well equipped kitchen and view from deck was wonderful.

Went for a laid back adult friends (plus a 3 yr old) week at the lake. The house was a great lake house with lots of basics available and tons of hangout spaces. Definitely above average for a lake stay. We cooked on the Blackstone several nights, sat around the firepit, enjoyed coffee on the patio, took the kayaks and paddle boards out for mornings and sunsets multiple days, played darts, pool and pingpong, and watched a movie in the theater room. We brought our boat and used the ramp just a few houses down. Only issues were the boat ramp is rather long, narrow, and curved; which wouldn't have mattered as much if the water edge of the property was more accessible. We had hoped we could drop anchor and swim up to the property, but the vines and bushes make that impossible. We still took kayaks and paddleboards out from the property because that didn't require you to actually wade through vines and plants. Could just be time of year, but clearing some brush would have made a huge difference for our group.Lake house is in a great location both by land and water. Very quiet and not busy cove. Easy driving to several restaurants and grocery stores. Great views of sunset from the deck. July trip and the house stayed cool and comfortable the whole week. Bathrooms are really pretty, though the basement bathroom got quite wet after a shower! Communication was excellent; from lists of local restaurants to quick/friendly answers to questions.

The lake was really high, no fault of the rental owner! We were unable to access the water from the rental or use the kayaks, so that was a bummer. We were able to rent a boat and get out on the water. The house is great for a large family. Lots of room to spread out. We had a great time!

GFL is always our favorite lake to boat on. This home was very accommodating with a boat ramp a couple houses down from us. The home had plenty of beds for all of us, a deck looking out to the Lake with a fantastic view, plenty of parking, and the owner was so very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!!

My family of 10, age 3 to 65 years old stay over the Memorial Day weekend. We brought our boat but it rained everyday and basically all day! We were able to go out on the lake for 2 short trips but we still had a fantastic stay! The house is large with so much to do!

Great time! Several mothers took our children for few nights over spring break. They used kayaks for fishing and leisure. We enjoyed fire pit for smores. We took popcorn for movie room. They loved ping pong table and pool table. The adults had great time too. Only challenge was figuring out unit to keep house cool during sleep hours.

The property was wonderful.

Simply a great place for a family to stay and relax. Lots of space having three showers really helps with a larger crowd, very clean throughout the house. The scenery was wonderful the house faces south which made the sunrise and set just so beautiful since it was not in your eyes. I would wake up every morning before sunrise make my coffee and go on the deck just to hear the birds and and watch the deer and chipmunks and the reflection of the sun on the lake. We enjoyed the area but really enjoyed just hanging around and relaxing. Paul our host answered all my questions promptly . A big plus was having the Blackstone grill. Kayaking on the lake is a must in the evening! Thank you for being a wonderful host

Great property! Fun had by all.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. We love everything about it! Quiet neighborhood, right on the lake, comfy beds, kayaks/paddleboards, and we could bring our dog! We did a little bit of everything! We were on the water every day. This has to be one of the cleanest lakes we’ve ever been to. The kayaks and paddle boards were so nice to have right there. We played pool and ping pong nightly. Had a movie night in the theater room. Ate outside on the deck. It was just what we needed! House was spotless when we arrived, check in super easy, and communication was clear and fast. Highly recommend this home!

This is our second time to rent over 4th holiday and just booked again. Great location and tons of space.

Our three families of cousins enjoyed a fun and relaxing vacation at this lake house. The place was spotless, comfortable, and loaded with amenities and entertainment. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the deck and had a blast kayaking, swimming, and paddle boarding. We hit up Las Playitas, Boar House, and Bentley’s restaurants in town. All were clean, had great food, and excellent prices. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Will stay again!!
