Our cozy retreat features three spacious bedrooms surrounding a beautiful renovated pool and two bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy a lovely patio with a BBQ area, hammock, and fire pit, perfect for sipping wine by the fire.

The game room is equipped with a pool table, dartboard, foosball, a gaming area, and other board games, making it ideal for families or groups looking to relax and have fun together. Experience the vibrant local dining scene with over 200 restaurants and bars just minutes away, and nearby, you'll find plenty of places to walk and exercise by the water.

There is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the gaming room.

BEDDING/TOWELS:
Sheets, bedspreads, pillows, bath towels, and pool towels are provided for each person.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort with a variety of appliances, granite countertops, and ample space to cook. We provide dinnerware, as well as kid-friendly dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, a variety of glasses for different types of beverages, pots and pans, cooking utensils, BBQ tools, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cookie sheets, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, a corkscrew, measuring cups and spoons, and a coffee station with various coffee makers and varieties of tea.

GAME ROOM:
Our game room is equipped with a beautiful, well-equipped pool table, a foosball table, and a dartboard, as well as several puzzles for all ages and other board games. The game room also features a console gaming area equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a retro gaming console to reminisce and share memories with your children.

POOL AREA
Our beautiful heated pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Surrounded by comfortable loungers and a tranquil atmosphere, it’s ideal for cooling off on hot days or for enjoying a pleasant swim at any time of the year. The pool features a spacious design that allows for swimming and playing, with a shallow area for the little ones to have fun safely. Additionally, the pool is enclosed by a lanai that lets you enjoy it at any time, whether you want to take a refreshing dip or simply relax by the pool with a good book. This space will be your private oasis. Our pool is serviced regularly to ensure proper chemical balance and cleanliness.

Pool heater available November - April. No extra charge for pool heater. We set a pool heater for 82-85 F degrees(Is not allowed to manipulate the pool heater). Pool heater may raise the temperature by 20-25 degrees at most as long as the outside temperature remains above the 60F. When the outdoor temperature drops below 45 F pol heater operation is not possible as not enough heat in the air to warm the pool. The warmer the air and the more humid the air, the more heat is available for heating your pool. The ideal or rated condition for the heat pump is 80F air temperature, 80% relative humidity, and 80F water temperature. Under ideal conditions, heat pump should raise your pool temperature 1 F. per hour. As air temperature and humidity decrease, performance will also decrease.

Other things to note

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $120 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.

* For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (at the front door and on the exterior sides). There are no cameras inside the house.

* The house has multi-point internet access to ensure connectivity throughout the entire home.

* Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.

* We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

* To maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a $500 fee imposed for violations.
