Perfect River Getaway!

Your river vacation is here! The house is a beautiful Southwestern home located on a nice neighborhood. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying the lake, and mountain views. Just minutes away from the Windsor Beach State Park boat launch, the London Bridge entertainment area, and just a short drive to the desert trails in Sara Mountain Park. This home has been newly upgraded and sleeps up to 10 guests with fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs in every room. Come home from a day packed of river or desert fun toa beautiful sunset view right from your front patio.

The house has a southwestern feel. It has new furniture, appliances, and an Arizona style décor. The house has been repainted, upgraded and is beautiful. We only rent to people that will take care of it.

It’s not a place for 18–25-year-olds to party.

Nothing personnel, but it’s more of a relaxing place for adults with kids who want to enjoy the lake and have a nice place to come back to or for professionals.

The living room has plenty of seating for all and is equipped with a 55 Smart flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, home theater system. There are two new sofa bed couches that turn easily to beds. One sofa bed is a queen, the other is a full size.

There is a full kitchen with bar stool seating and dining area.

Bedroom #1 has King size bed, walk in closet, and its own full bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a King size bed, 6 drawer dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, closet and tons of PlayStation games to keep the young ones busy. There are blinds throughout the house and in each bedroom.

There is a second bathroom that has a tub and shower. There is alkaline drinking water faucet, and soft water for showers. There is an indoor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

French doors open to the backyard, covered patio, table, and chairs. A propane barbecue is included if you are feeling like you want to cook during your stay. The backyard is fenced on all sides and has privacy slats. There is mood lighting around the back yard, that allows you to enjoy the starry nights.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The patio in front of home has a bench to sit, relax and enjoy the lake view
sunset. Please remember this is our family home we use for our own vacations.

Tons of parking for a boat or RV. Pets are allowed for an additional charge.

Guests have access to the entire house, but not the garage or the backyard shed. I apologize that the garage is unavailable, our personal items are in the garage and is off limits.

There is a lot of other parking available: the driveway, a side concrete
pad, a carport, gated side parking--which would fit a boat or RV, and the entire front yard.
