Perfect place in Lexington! Close to downtown & surrounding attractions!

Every detail addressed to the fullest. Very well appointed and extremely clean. Perfectly located for our purposes. Convenient for both the airport and downtown.

The house was lovely and in a nice part of Lexington. The host was kind and responded promptly to any questions.

Great Stay!

We were blessed to stay at Kathy’s beautiful home for wedding weekend for one of our daughters and it was everything promised! Very clean, very well stocked, and comfortable! Kathy was gracious and helpful through every stage and we very much appreciated her hospitality with her lovely home and pool! We will not forget this perfect place when needed again and we thank you so much!

This place was awesome. The community is very peaceful. The pool was our favorite place to be. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful time, the house has such a nicely stocked kitchen with all the tools we needed for our stay. We BBQ'd each night, enjoyed the fire pit and swam in the pool. The house had such a homey feel and we had a great time. It was the 1st time most of us had been to Kentucky so we are all excited to come back! We would love to stay here again some day when we return! Thanks so much for your beautiful home!! We would give you more than 5 stars if we could!

Our Lexington experience was great and this house was fabulous! We cooked in the awesome kitchen and on the grill outside - wonderful meals were shared with our daughter and husband and his parents and our 21 month old Grandson. We hope to go back someday to enjoy the pool and beautiful yard!

Spent 4 nights in the nicest VRBO we’ve ever booked. I texted Kathy to let her know that one of the deck chairs had a broken leg more so so that we wouldn’t be responsible for it. She placed 3 new chairs on the deck the next day. Thee house is very, very nice and well appointed. Even a welcoming bottle of wine and snacks. We won’t hesitate to book again should the need arise.

Fantastic VRBO

Kathy’s home is even more beautiful in person! It’s conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and all the great things Lexington has to offer. The kitchen was so well stocked with serving platters, bowls, plates, glasses, etc. Everything we needed to host a wonderful family celebration! Everyone rested peacefully in the comfy beds and agreed we couldn’t wait to come back in the summer so we could go swimming.

Came to KY for Auburn vs KY and leaving with a Win! Plenty of space and very comfortable.

This was our 2nd time visiting this property. Kathy has the house fully stocked, from the kitchen, to books, magazines, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, lotion, pool floats, beach towels, and even a first aid kit with Solarcane. Best VRBO! Do not hesitate booking this property.

Great place with everything you need to enjoy bourbon country. Pool is a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Kathy was an amazing host and so quick to respond! The home was perfect for our family stay and we all enjoyed the amazing pool and pool area! The house was roomy and beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need! Nice neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. Kathy helped us out by getting her property ready as quickly as possibly, when we had a different host cancel our reservation very last minute, which was so appreciated!!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Absolutely anything one would need was available, down to the smallest details (e.g., a small stuffed animal with the first aid supplies, chilled garnish dishes in the beverage fridge, etc.). The layout of the home was perfect for our group of adults & children. The backyard was an amazing place to spread out, play, and relax. We loved that the home was nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. The home was also pristine in terms of cleanliness! Highly recommend this property!!
