Perfectly situated home with private entrance-10 minutes from Indian Rocks beach, Redington beach and 10 minutes away from the #1 beach in the US: Clearwater beach.

This one bedroom features a stylish living space and all the essentials you`ll need for a perfect, comfortable stay and beach day (including beach towels, blanket and umbrellas; but unfortunately, minus the piña coladas- we’re working on that though :).

Home includes:

1 Bedroom: Queen size bed with 40-inch LED Smart TV. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh linens, pillows and bedding for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Additional pillows and sheets provided for your convenience.

Living-room: Queen size sofa bed, 55-inch Smart LED TV & small office set up.

Bathroom: Sink, shower, shower gel and hair dryer.

Kitchen: Small seating area, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, burner top stove, coffee maker (Keurig and traditional), pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee mugs, silverware and wine glasses.

Keyless entry. On premise parking provided for 2 cars (max).

Always reachable by phone anytime.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Close to supermarket, banks, local restaurants and most importantly- many beaches a stones` throw away.

This house is our home, and we enjoy hosting like-minded people who are looking to make beautiful memories here and will treat our home and belongings with respect.

This home was recently fully upgraded and furnished to provide you with the best experience possible. We pride ourselves on being honest with fluid communication.

GUEST RULES:
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE IN THE HOME AND/OR AROUND THE PREMISES (outdoor smoking ok). Any smoking detected in the home will result in a $300 fee.
-No pets
-No parties
-NO Balloons or confetti
-MUST advise on the exact number of guests (including children) staying on premises during your stay (ring camera and other security measures we have in place will confirm, so please just be honest up-front)
-Must be able/willing to comply with our home policies (noted below)

There is an additional space attached to the house and available for rent to accommodate larger groups. This is subject to availability/contingent the space is not rented by other guests.

ANY and ALL guests staying in the home MUST be announced upon booking. Our ring doorbell and other security devices around the property will show the amount of guests entering the property- so just be honest. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate termination of the booking, and possible legal action against the individual who disrupts the security measure we set forth.

TRASH: Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Although we do our best to ensure the trash is out on its’ respective days, we are not responsible if the bin is full between services and consider this normal use. Additionally, we are not liable for any inconvenience if the trash is full or odor is strong.

CLEANLINESS: While we do not expect you to clean to see your reflection on the floor, we do expect and ask that you keep the home “clean” and tidy, as it was given to you.

LANDSCAPING: We do our absolute best to keep the grounds clean, trimmed and manicured for your safety and to satisfy a pleasing aesthetic. We have landscapers come once a week (usually Thursdays or Fridays), and they can be a little noisy. We apologize in advance. The disruption is usually short-lived and shouldn`t be too much of a disturbance. While we hope you`re at the beach during this time, if you happen to be home and this is a disturbance, we do not grant refunds or credits as a result.

SUPPLIES: The home is well maintained and we do our best to ensure all necessities are stored in the home. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish. If we are out of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos or anything else you consider a necessity- we are not liable for the inconvenience and will not grant cancellations or discounts as a result.

If ANYTHING is damaged, missing, destructed of/to the home (intentionally or mistakenly) hefty charges will be applied upon checkout, such as but not limited to:
-Towels (Bath, Beach, etc)
-Beach items (umbrellas, blankets, etc)
-Appliances (inclusive of the TVs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, etc).
-Furniture, decor and/or throw blanket(s)
-Games
-Kitchenware
-Artwork
-Anything provided upon check-in that is damaged/missing upon check-out.

    The unit was clean and in a quiet area, but several aspects of the listing were misleading or unclear. This is actually a duplex. The space feels like the smaller half of a converted house, with the other unit having more amenities (pool, washer/dryer), a more convenient entrance and driveway access.The listing mentions a patio/deck, but there’s no deck, and the “patio” is just a couple chairs in mulch. Listing photos show a level pad made of pavers, but in reality there are only a few, some stacked to form a cramped and awkward makeshift step.Parking is also awkward: you’re assigned the far-left side of a shared driveway, while your entrance is on the far right with no walkway—just grass or mud if it rains.This unit does not have a washer/dryer. While technically not listed as included, most homes do have one, and this absence should be more clearly disclosed.Other issues: a broken toilet paper holder, no towel hooks, and unclear A/C setup. Listing says central A/C, but you can’t control it (thermostat must be in the other unit); the unit relies on a mini split.Overall, fine for a short stay, but clearer descriptions and small fixes would improve the experience.

    We enjoyed our stay with Melissa. Security was a concern for me and they were the most secure property that I have stayed at. Thank you! The neighborhood was very nice. The location was close enough to shopping, eating and entertainment. The unit itself was clean and set up really nice. There were a few maintenance issues, which I'm confident Melissa will have taken care of.I will definitely be coming back.

    My daughter and I spent the week soaking up the sun in Florida. The house was perfect for our needs. It was close to the beaches, in a very quiet neighborhood, and had great amenities. I would recommend this location to any couple. It is a very small space so not ideal for more than two people.

    We really enjoyed the apartment - very easy to communicate with the hosts - we had a small bump on arrival with some things not being ready but the hosts very quickly handled the issue - they were very friendly -would definitely stay again - very convenient to Phillies spring training and beach - comfy bed and nice kitchen

    This is a cute little apartment. It was centrally located to the areas we had planned for our mini vaca. Perfect for young couple but not for a mature couple. The sunset on the side with the bedroom which heated the room without central air the unit in the living room wasn’t able to cool the room. The mattress is very firm. Pillows were perfect. The living area was nicely decorated. The area rug was curled in one place and husband tripped on it several times unfortunately it was in the high traffic area and could not be avoided.
