What a great place to get away to, comfortable and quiet. I love the tree filled neighborhood and all the birds.

As always, it's like home away from home. We are here three times a year, and it's beginning to feel like John and Rachel are honorary family members! They are the epitome of thoughtful, welcoming, generous hosts, and their attention to detail in their VRBO environment is extraordinary. They go out of their way to anticipate and provide for any needs their guests might have, and they respond at once if any questions or minor issues arise. We just hope they'll stay in business for the foreseeable!

Clean, warm, and perfectly located. The property is well equipped for long stays and has everything you need to feel at home. John and Rachel were very accommodating and made our stay comfortable and easy. Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping, and the area felt very safe.

This VRBO was perfect for my needs. Close to the UW hospital, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed an afternoon at Green Lake Park also. The accommodations were spacious and very clean and the hosts left all the perfect touches for us to enjoy! The hosts are onsite, available and very nice and friendly. They went more than out of the way to accommodate us, and it was a sense of security knowing they were around for me! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

We stay with John and Rachel about three times a year, visiting our family who live nearby, and it's always like coming home. They go out of their way to create a welcoming, comfortable environment, and they are constantly looking for ways to upgrade the visitors' experience. The neighborhood is lush, quiet and lovely, and their downstairs lair suits our needs to perfection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with good appliances and plates, glasses, etc. The living area was spacious and the outdoor space was nice. The property is perfect for our needs, as we visit family who live less than a mile away, and it's come to feel almost like a second home. They are generous, warm-hearted, and quick to address any minor issue that might arise. We'll be back!

Rachel and John are perfect hosts and this is our first choice when we visit in seattle. Always fresh and clean and private with easy access to bus routes and the interstate. Quiet and relaxing

We stay in Seattle frequently when visiting family. John and Rachel’s flat is our first-choice accommodation. The property is clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and well located. John and Rachel are warm, responsive, communicative, and accommodating.

My 87 year old mother and I (almost 60) stayed for 4 nights to visit my daughter and son-in-law. Great renovated basement space. ALL the amenities with great beds/linens, full kitchen, awesome water pressure for the shower (no tub which made shower access much better for my mom), and a cozy family room area. The owners are upstairs but you would hardly know. Private access. The only thing is the outside stairs which have a great motion light and hand rail. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Seattle.

We stay here often when visiting family in Seattle. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owners bend over backwards to make our stay smooth and comfortable.

I was attending a backyard wedding in Seattle and stayed at this property with my adult son. It was perfect. The location was exactly where we needed to stay to be close to local family. Everything was clean, the owners lived upstairs and were willing to help with anything. The unit is well-equipped, although we didn’t do any cooking. The checkout process was simple. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Stayed here while moved my daughter into UW. It was a short drive to campus and to surrounding shopping. It was lovely and a relaxing spot during a hectic time. The hosts were really nice as well. Would stay here again!

A wonderful stay while visiting family. We very much enjoyed all the amenities and was impressed at the level of cleanliness. everything was spotless, well maintained and of high quality. John and Rachel could not have been more welcoming. We would rate this property 6 stars if we could. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to Seattle.
