Perfect Location close to downtown

It is a great location for walking & getting to lots of different restaurants on Bellevue, Broadway, & downtown. The pictures online suggest that there is grass. That's actually the neighbor's so it's a bit of a walk to a dog friendly park. Sure glad that we had good weather. The kitchen & floors could stand a deep cleaning. We did have a great time walking around the neighborhoods & sampling the food.

I'm not sure what this other review was referring to as we are OBSESSED with this place!! It's sooo charming, cute and homey. Additionally, in the most wonderful location as a close walk to town and bike ride to beach! Everything is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go for any cooking you'd need to do! The bedrooms are adorable and the closets are deeper than photos lead on!! The living room area is HUGE (pics don't do it justice) and open (with fab style). There is also a wonderful porch and a table outside to enjoy dinner outdoors and mingle with neighbors! Great space, so grateful to have chosen this location to stay!

This was an apartment not a house. People upstairs did stop making noise promptly at 11pm but until then it was a zoo, it felt like the house was coming down. The A/C is not central but two window units that are so loud you can't even think or have a conversation. Also the A/Cs are dirty and the air coming out smells which means the filters have never been replaced. The kitchen is literally falling apart: all cabinet doors are coming off the hinges, the only drawer is broken and wants to fall out every time you open it, the inside of the cabinets are dirty and moldy and finally the top/wall cabinets are pulling off the wall. In fact the microwave which is mounted over the stove is tilted forward and the dish almost fell out on me when I opened it the first time. Of course it was also dirty inside so I didn't use it. The kitchen light fixture is rusty and full of dust, The stove is old and rusty and there were spots of black mold on the stove and fridge. The add doesn't say that sheets and towels are not included unless you pay an additional fee... misleading. The bedrooms are very small and one in particular off the kitchen is literally the size of a closet with little space only on one side of the bed. The mattresses are hard as a rock, I literally woke up in pain and with a headache due to the fact that my bed was slanted. Oh yes the floors are soo slanted that you'd think you are on a ship! It may be the charm of an old house but a bed needs to be level so blood doesn't rush to your head. The bathroom is dirty, floor mats were wet and dirty from previous renter and never replaced even though I told her when I checked in. Only one towel bar in the entire bathroom. Was supposed to have a parking sticker for street parking but never got it. I ended up leaving a few days earlier as we couldn't sleep in those beds anymore. I really disliked this place and essentially ruined my vacation.
