Perfect Location - 5 minute walk to Cubs Stadium!

Exceptional stay! We were thrilled with everything about this property. Immaculately, spotlessly clean; very comfortable beds; all the amenities we needed or wanted; easy covered parking; wonderful water pressure in the shower; great central location... and on and on and on. They're not kidding when they say a 5min walk to the stadium, it's literally down the street. Three miles to ASU and a Planet Fitness just over a mile away. Quick and clear communication from the hosts. Very reasonable house rules. Five stars across the board, we would be delighted to stay here again!

Fully equipped home with great and communicative hosts. Perfect area close to lots of good shopping and restaurants.

Excellent condo unit within a short 5 minute walk from the baseball stadium. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The common area is pretty small but because our group of 6 guys on a baseball trip basically only slept and had breakfast in the condo, it didn't really matter.

Stayed a long weekend with three kids, 21,12,10 and it was safe, clean and welcoming. What an easy booking checking in and out. We will be sure to come back to this property again soon.

Overall, we had a great experience. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location. It was a quiet area. Only concern was that we had an issue with the lock combo upon arrival and it took 4-5 hours for someone to get back to us. Once in, no additional issues and would definitely stay here again.

Close to anything and everything, especially Sloan Park. If you’re not a gimpy old man like me you can walk to the park is less than 5 minutes. The property was clean, well kept and peaceful.

Came to Mesa for Spring Training. Our townhome was perfectly located and just as advertised. Just a short walk to the stadium and conveniently located to get elsewhere in the greater Phoenix area .

The property is in a great location. Communication was great and the condo was clean. Parking was close to the cobdo

A few issues came up but were taken care of asap by the property manager. For our length of stay we could have used a few more supplies, ( dishwasher soap, trash bags and a few more towels). We did ask the property manager for more and the items were supplied. Overall the property was clean and in a good location for our stay.

Pros: Clean, modern kitchen & baths, nice TV's, covered parking, upstairs workspace.Cons: soft mattress (upstairs) and no outdoor storage or garage for bikes or sports gear.

Place was clean and comfortable. It's very convenient to walk to different places.

The unit was exactly as described, conveniently located and clean. I was disappointed we could not use the fireplace and the kitchen was not equipped as well as other units I have stayed. Todd was very prompt in answering questions. The size of the unit was perfect for family time with my daughter and grandgirls. Thank you!!

The condo and complex are as described and the host communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and this condo was very conveniently located to the venue. If we had more time, we would have explored the campus of the Cubs field. The condo community was very quiet and clean. The kitchen could use a few things - a cutting board, for instance. Other than that, we had ample space to spread out comfortably.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little property. The neighbor is nice and quiet. The unit is clean and nicely appointed.
