Perfect Location 10-15min from Disney in Middle Yet Cul-D-Sac

We loved this home. It is convenient and close to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. There is a LOT of shopping and restaurants within 5 miles. We were there for the Mecum Auto Auction and it was only 8 miles from the facility. If we decide to take a trip to this area again, we would choose this home once more. The home had everything anyone could need for a stay.

Great location. Could use some upgrades but we were there just to sleep really. Communicating with the host is easy and quick response. Neighbors were a little loud but it was Super Bowl weekend, quiet other than that. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags if you’re staying for a while. Could use a little better cleaning. Noticeable mold around vents, dust on multiple surfaces. Overall was decent.

The host Colin was very helpful & quick to respond even with different time zones!!The location was perfect & the neighborhood was very beautiful & welcoming. Would definitely stay again in the future!!

This is the perfect quiet get away that is within close proximity to Orlando and surrounding areas without being stuck in the middle of the city. The house is the perfect size and always clean, and the neighborhood is relaxed and safe.

Everything was fantastic!!! We arrived later than expected, but still checked in smoothly!! Everything was just as described in the listing. We used the pool a few times and it was very nice!! We brought our dogs, and they made themselves at home right away.......10/10 would come back!!!

Host was friendly and accommodating. Check in and out process was easy! Being pet friendly was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable! Thrilled for that as well. Pool was nice as well. Thank you!!

Check in was very smooth. Great instructions. Easy to find and access. Kitchen is a little tired, lots of the cutlery and utensils need replacing i would suggest, some of the cupboard doors don't close properly. Lounge is very comfortable and smart tv is a real plus. The shower areas again are a little tired looking, light switch is broken, plug missing from the basin. Very comfortable double bed. Slept wellFantastic to have the pool to get into after a sweaty day out. Great to have inflatables to lie in and relax

The home had the basic necessities that we needed. It was close to the Gaylord Plams where our youngest son was graduating but was over 45 min away from our other kids that live in Orlando. Most important for us was that we could bring our dog, who is well trained and doesn't shed, and didn't want to kennel him. I loved that the owners left pictures of their family, which was a nice and touch made a small connection to them. The pool looked nice but we didnt't get it enjoy it because we were so busy the first coulple of days and it rained our last day. Over all the home was clean. It is outdated with late 90's-early 2000's decor, which we my hubby and I were perfectly fine with but my kids weren't. Overall it was a nice stay for the price and had basics that we needed. Wouldn't stay here again but only because it's so far from our other kids.

I had a great experience leading up to the trip and follow up actions from VRBO were also good from a customer service perspective. When we got to the property the lock box code had been changed and not communicated. The host was unresponsive and VRBO refunded our stay. We did not stay at this property and the financial and personal impact was significant.

We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was nice. Contact with the owner was satisfactory. A few things do need upgrading. My family and I had a wonderful time at the house!

The house was very clean & exactly as described. Check in was extremely easy, and the neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. My dogs and I enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to the hurricane and evaluations. The house is in a great area and the Disney parks are a stones throw away. Colin is an amazing host and we look forward to returning soon!

It is so nice, convenient, great location, and clean! The owners are super responsive. This is our second time staying there and we are already planning a trip back.

This home was overall decent however the cleanliness was an issuein a decent neighbourhood. We are walkers and were able to find a decent (but not great) walk route. The neighbourhood tennis court was locked and owner was not able to get in, so we had to drive to play pickleball 15 min away). he pool could be so much better if owner arranged for a deep cleaning to be done, doors, walls, floors and curtains (an inch of dust sat on top of them)
