Stayed Dec 12, 2025The host was very welcoming and great with communication. The house was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room to move around for 14 guests. Would definitely rent this again.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Property was warm and inviting. Easy to socialize with a group close to many activities. Parking not quite as advertised but close off street parking that we utilized. Close to walking path. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Eleven of us had a great long weekend at GenCon and loved having this home away from home to go relax at towards the end of the day. Host was responsive both before and during our stay, and I would have no hesitation booking with them again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The property is located in a great location close to all the Indy site. Big house that fits all your family needs. However poor air circulation in A/C unit lead to a poor nightly experience after day of activities. The upstairs was drastically hotter than downstairs. The temperature was so uncomfortable our family had a hard time sleep each night. We contacted the property manager the first night and he called right away that he would get someone out. However the next day he said he sent a HVAC specialist out, without our knowledge so we can’t confirm, said everything was in working order and that it is standard to be 8 degrees hotter upstairs. The temperature continue to feel and be much hard than that. We continued to call to ask for support but the property manager did not answer our messages, calls, text or Vrbo customer service call. The heat was unbearable throughout the entire stay from the 5th-10th. We would not recommend this property during summer unless adjustments are made to both shading from the sun and better air circulation from the upstairs vents.

Stayed Oct 15, 2022I want to give a 5 star review, but we definitely had some issues... My family (parents, siblings, and their children) were in the area for a funeral and we believed this property could accommodate us all. The living space and kitchen were great. The kitchen is fully stocked, we prepared all meals in the home, that part went very well! Bedrooms were good other than a broken trundle bed. An air mattress was one of the sleeping options, but had a hole in it (a new one was delivered to us after I let the host know), the couches are terribly uncomfortable and bedding was scarce. Towels were also extremely limited. We had to do laundry daily and there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. The home was NOT clean! Crumbs, nail clippings, and mouse turds were found in the trundle beds. Bathroom garbage cans were stuffed full. We couldn't find any silverware when we arrived and found it in the dishwasher (clean thankfully). We also found towels left in the dryer. It was apparent that the place was not completely gone through for guests. There were plenty of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. which was nice. Also, beware of the neighbor on the corner that complains about people parking by their house on a public street. Overall, it did work for us, but we were very disappointed about some of the things we encountered given how this home is advertised. The host is very responsive and had some hand towels and extra blankets delivered in addition to the air mattress, however, did not acknowledge some of the other concerns that I brought up such as cleanliness.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022We came to Indy for a volleyball tournament and chose for the team to stay in a home rather than a hotel. It was the best decision. The house was situated in a way that fostered easy meal prep/clean up, hanging out watching movies and comfortably sleeping. We had a wifi connectivity issue and someone came to the house and sorted it out within 30 minutes of our initial phone call for help. Very accommodating, clean, well appointed home. Highly recommend.
