These villas are favored for their location close to many of Seabrook's most popular amenities as well as the incredible marsh and tidal creek views that greet you every day. Ready for you to visit - with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, convenient neighborhood pool, and community dock access to enjoy.

The master bedroom is on the 1st level with a king bed, updated en suite bath with tub/shower combo and HDTV. Step out to the deck and be amazed by the views of the marsh as they stretch out toward Bohicket Creek.

The living room area features a queen sleeper sofa, large HDTV and access to the deck and screened porch. Once again your focus will be drawn to the natural beauty of Seabrook Island and all it's treasures. Some of the best moments might be spent in anticipation of the incredible sunsets each night.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including white cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining room area comfortably seats 6. There is a gas grill for all your favorite BBQ recipes. The villa also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, en suite bath with tub/shower combo. and HDTV.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

    Lovely home with wonderful views! My favorite part of the home was the cozy living room where we had a movie marathon after a busy day with plenty of provided board games to play. When the board games got too intense, I could retreat to the back porch where I got to take in the marsh and wildlife but still be right next to the living room where everyone was. Would definitely book again!

    Great location and cute villa. But the musty smell was overwhelming. Contacted maintenance, very little communication from them. They did supply a dehumidifier that was emptied numerous times a day. When we mentioned there could be a serious water issue and rot, they said they would send someone out, but they never showed. We will definitely not stay here when we go back to the island. The property owners need to fix the issue, not put bandaids on it.

    The description can't do the views justice! The screened in back porch had the most amazing view of the gorgeous sunsets. The condo was well stocked, clean and fabulous. The neighborhood pool was so much more than that and we loved the beach day idea from the thoughtful book left for us! Definitely planning on a return trip.

    The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The view was gorgeous from the porch! The beds were very cozy!! The couch is nap worthy!! Love that there were family games to play at night. The whole community, beaches, club, pool, restaurants, village market is so lovely!! The only issue we had was the condo has a musty smell when we arrived and one of the closet doors broken when we try to open it. The property manager was very easy to reach though and prompt to assist. We definitely be back!

    This villa is in a perfect location, with two porches facing the tranquil marsh, close to tennis/pickle ball and easy access to Freshfields, etc Prices are high and the beds do need replacement, but otherwise this is a great vacation getaway.

    This was our second opportunity to stay at this property. We love it here. Very (very) clean, well-stocked, an incredible view from the screened-in porch. Well-decorated, comfortable. Washer/dryer a game changer. 1 minute from pool at the end of the street and 2 minutes from Lake House pool. 10 minute drive to the beach and beach club (made better in a golf cart to better appreciate the beautiful scenery of the island). Sunsets over the marsh are wonderful. Fishing off the nearby dock. Pelican's Nest is an incredible setting for lunch or dinner. Great place to take the kids. We will return.

    My girls and I had a wonderful time at Seabrook Island and this villa was perfect for us. Beautiful sunsets each night off the back porch. Property was as advertised. Clean, enough showers and bathrooms and space for everyone. Would go back in a heartbeat.
